I made a Hydrogen Generator from 17 316L stainless steel plates. This hydrogen generator is built with 3 plates that are connected to the positive and 2 to the negative. Distance to the plate teeth is 1 mm rubber gasket made by me from the rubber tab. I used 12V electricity and an 11 amp consumption. The electrolysis was done with distilled water and potassium hydroxide. This putty can be easily used to reduce fuel in a car.

Damn you builds are always so nice and clean. Incredible work. Have you read that paper on using graphite for plates instead of stainless steel. Better conduction and no metal degrigation ( hope i spelled that right lol)

You need to use a hho flowmeter, O2 flowmeter will give you incorrect flow. You can produce as much as 0.76 lpm with 12 amps. By the other hand, good job!!

Salut, ma intriga ideea sa construiesc si eu un generator dar as vrea sa ma sfatuiesti daca pot folosi inoxul 316 in loc de 316L pt ca pare mai accesibil ca pret, si daca folosind placi mai subtiri de 1.5 mm influenteaza afecteaza performanta generarii sau longevitatea generatorului.

There was a scientest in pakistan back in 2012. His name was Agha waqar he created a fuel cell which produce 8 L/m he started a 650cc car in that cell in a live tv program but unfortunately he is disappear from world you can see his video

Hi, what happens if an 19 plate cell with a negative and positive plate on each side has some of the neutrals touching each other? Would it still work? Please answer anything. Thanks.
I think it would be short-circuited if the boards were touched

I used it on my car and at about 30,000 thousand km I cleaned and reassembled it. Back then I didn't use quality materials, now it's much simpler

There is 9nly one way to find out. Experiment with it.
I quoted a steel company on some 316L sheets.... 😳 The prys is the same as my monthly salary. I would really like to make two 25 plate HHO dryCell. Then I can use it in my 5kW generator. I have just tested the hho electrolysis process i have used two silver nails instead of steel plats the result was awesome its giving too much gas and consuming too much less power can you tell me can we use silver instead of steet kindly support
Hello. I don't know what happens to silver if it disintegrates or not through the electrolysis process. but of course if you can it's very good titanium

Yes it is a heating problem. I have a generator with a triangle at the top instead of holes, it is the solution. The boards will not run out of water and traffic will be better. I'll send you the link

I usually use rubber and plexiglass on my generators
Distilled water does not corrode plastic

Is the setup in the following way?

12 neutral plates, 3 anodes, 2 cathodes consuming 12V and 11A
The voltage between each cell is 3V right? if yes, doesn't the setup get heated quickly?
In my attempts to tried to have multiple neutral plates in such a way that a cell voltage is between 1.5V to 2V and the output is minimal, like a drop after drop of gas used to come in that setup
While my attempt is to separate hydrogen & oxygen, I tried 316 stainless steel etc with 12V 15A power supply.
my attempt is to keep voltage minimal, just to ensure electrolysis happen when heat possibility is minimized. I tried with baking soda, then lemon water, then potassium hydroxide, and in all situations the gas outcome is minimal.
tried following combinations and few others using different materials and 316 stainless steel as last resort.

which means 6 cells each with 2V know
+ N N N N N N -
which means 7 cells each with 1.71V know
+ N N N N N N N -
which means 8 cells each with 1.5V know
what can be improved?
🤔By what temperature does it heat up? It is normal to heat up. I did not measure on each plate and I did not warm up. I use 12V on all my generators and usually measure the amperes. I will do more tests but I think that 3 or at most 4 neutral plates is enough between plus and minus.
@@Inventive101 I will try reducing the number of neutral plates then. Please tell me, if we can make good production with a single anode & cathode? I am asking in the lines of keeping the dry cell simple and to attempt to collect hydrogen and oxygen separately.

I'm currently doing a college project on hho fuelled SI engine.The engine displacement is 125 cc.How much LPM of hho gas is needed for running the engine a minute.And also give me the electrical requirements (volt & amp) required to produce a required LPM Of hho gas to run the engine.I waiting for your advice as I should complete my project work.Please help me 🤲🤲🙏🙏
I think with 2 lpm you can start. I'm not sure yet I didn't make an engine only on hho. I will make a car with an 1800 engine

@@PRASANNAKUMAR-lf2pg No, but you can make a generator that produces as much as the engine needs when it's idle and when you don't need to stop production. It's called the control valve, it cuts off the current at a certain pressure.

Am inceput sa procur materialele,am tabla de inox și pwm.
Inoxul este cred1,5mm-2mm,nu de1mm cum am văzut în postările tale.
Ce distanță trebuie să am între placi, câte neutre, câte pozitive, câte negative??? pentru un randament bun, energie/producție gaz...
