Ingredients:
Whitening base cream ( with no hydroquinone) - 250mls
Whitening serum - 150 mls
Vaseline - 40mls
Vit.E - 25mls
Citric acid (dissolved in rose water) - 10mls
Lactic acid - 6mls
Fragrance - 3mls
Preservative - 5mls
Color/ propylene glycol - 4mls
Guar gum - 2mls
Glycerine - 5mls

You add your citric acid, just as i added to the formulation. Separately
Same as the one used for base cream, but seperately

Don't worry, just follow these steps and you'll have an efective pink lip cream.
Note: if you're making for yourself, make just a little quantity.

22mls of vaseline will do for 150mls of base cream
