3 tablespoons of olive oil, 36 ml.
2 cloves of garlic.
3 carrots, 170 grams.
600 grams, leek.
2 fresh red peppers.
1 potato, 160 grams.
1 tablespoon tomato paste, 30 grams.
3 grated tomatoes, 300 grams.
juice of 1/2 lemon.
1/2 tablespoon of red pepper flakes, 5 grams.
black pepper to your liking.
1/2 tablespoon of salt, 8 grams.
5 classic glasses of water, 1000 ml.

Dankeschön für das leckere Rezept. Ich habe die Kartoffeln aber vor der Paprika dazu gegeben, damit die Paprika nicht zu sehr verkocht und noch Biss hat. LG aus Berlin.
Das Rezept ist super.... Aber dein Hackfleisch sieht nicht gut aus.
Besser beim Metzger kaufen !!!! 😏

Enterrer? Je n'ai pas compris... Mais s'il est question de "hacher les légumes ou les découper" pour ma part ça m'est égal tant que c'est bon! Mais il me semble que pour cette recette je préférerais les légumes coupés mais en plus petits morceaux.

Dear Yemen TV, thank you very much for this recipe. I like that there are always so many fresh, beautiful vegetables in your recipes. Since you're asking for feedback here are my thoughts.
* I enjoy watching the veggies being cut.
* I like the amounts and directions written in English
* I like the music being played, although perhaps have 3 or so pieces of music and rotate them instead of playing the same one
* Lastly, I'm interested in what would you serve with this stew. Would you serve some rice or other grain and pour the stew over it? Or would you serve some sort of bread to scoop the stew up with ? Or Is this stew served alone?
I'm from the U.S. and only speak English. Thanks again.
