- #farmlife #cowgirls #dairyfarm Although harvest season looks a little different for us these days it’s still one of my favorite times of the year. Crisp air and fresh cut grass make for a beautiful autumn day!
Hi Taylor, I’m Ken from Reading , Pa. That’s right, Home of the Reading railroad from the monopoly board game. Part of Berks county, Pa. Which is largely agricultural. I grew up on a 50 acre farm through my teen years, about 5 miles away. I noticed your Hersheys choc. T shirt. The factory and amusement park are less than 45 minutes away. And Mr. Reese from Reese’s beau t butter cup had a property and lived in our farming community. The neighboring county, yes, the Daniel Boone homestead. And much more. Now, I love how you talk fast. The alternative is the gulping, swallowing and heavy breathing all of which I don’t need. I am very familiar with your content, intelligence, and splendid personality, and love for your animals. But the biggest delight is how you give me the chance to remember and relive some of the happiest days of a lifetime. And it makes me to want to praise you for choosing a vocation that you love. More latter. This is enough for now. You asked us to talk about farming in our area. I would love to tell you. Mostly populated by German immigrants. My last name is Hoch. Meaning High in German. Our bank barns, their purpose and construction, And many are still functional today. How we converted from horses to tractors. And also the function and true amazement of the Amish and Mennonite and how they have picture perfect properties, and how they function effectively with their Belgium drat horses. Later, Ken
I know I speak for the rest of us that we wish you would quit apologizing as for us dedicated followers we don't care we just love listening and watching you!!!!
Good morning Taylor, I have never heard you babble about anything. Your videos that we watch show small farming at it’s best - mowing, baling , wrapping, milking, repairing, and maintenance. You sure have a beautiful smile and that helps make your videos fun to watch. 🐄🚜😌
Great videos !!
Mowing hay on a sunny September day while eating a doughnut. Life doesn't get much better than that.
I can’t think of anything better ☺️
Enjoy your videos so much. Thank you for sharing your story with us 😊
Just another great video about haying. Loved that time when I was on the farm. Those calves sure did like that new home. We never had a 3rd cutting when I was growing up. 2 cuttings were the most we got.t then again, I like all of your videos. You are a down to earth person. Very knowledgeable in the farm workings. And you are not afraid to try anything. Keep on farming and enjoying life. God Bless
Hi Taylor great video we would never tire of seeing you mowing or bailing you never bale the same bale twice 😉
That’s a good point 😄. Thanks!
TIM from Canada, it would be nice if you would show the mowing as an old-time firmer off the farmer for many years it is nice to see the mowing and the countryside from different states and countries so yes, put it in
Love your videos Tyler, you and Brent work so hard my Father used to say a farmers day is never finished, how true that is keep smiling 😊
Never get bored with mowing or raking, balling.
Glad to hear that!☺️
Taylor great job. Please don't apologize about anything just keep putting out what you do. I watch all of them as soon as you put them out.
All of your videos are good. Dont change anything.
Love your videos. You are always so positive and upbeat. Never complain. You find such pleasure in the simple things👍a rare thing thesesdays
Hi from Ireland and thanks for your video's
What would you like to know about mad one
To be perfectly honest every vid you`ve posted adds a bit of joy to my day your like a second daughter!
Love that!
Hi Taylor thanks for another awesome video, the little calves look great in there new pen jumping and skipping about .Never get bored of you moving the old tractors sound great. Some great shots of the bailer doing it's thing, glad you fixed the problem fingers crossed 🤞. Thanks again take care and stay safe 👍 😊.
Great job Taylor 👏. You and Brent are the best. Very well done. You both are amazing and fabulous. God bless and kind regards Patrick Brazil. 🙏
Hi Taylor, I know you are thinking we have seen you milk, cut hay, clean the milking gear etc. Its called farming and the people who watch this type of videos know that and we never get tired of watching it. Every day is different and we like to share part of your day with you, the same goes for all the others I watch too. What you may find useful though is a drone. I have seen videos where hikers had a drone which was linked to their mobile and it followed them around, you don't have to do much once you set it up and it would give some other footage to use. PS. Get yourself a pocket knife, most farmers got one. I still got mine and I haven't been in farming for 30 yrs. It was used for skinning rabbits though too but I gave up hunting now as well. Maybe that's why I watch this type of stuff.
Great job Taylor cutting hay
A cut girl driving a tractor and eating cholate donuts. I love it.
Gramp use to do 10 gutter poop movers a week. He and I would clean, wire brush and then spray paint them bright blue, rustoleum spray paint. ❤😊
I've said it before and ill say it again another great video ❤
Great raking Brent
Good morning Tay. Never a dull moment farming lol Glad you are getting some hay weather now as we are as well thank God. Another great video. Hope you have a wonderful day.💕🤗
Hi, that’s for certain! Glad to hear you’re getting some nice weather 😀. Thanks so much and you have a wonderful weekend!!
TIM from Canada when you were bailing anytime and you were in the field, the best thing to do open up all the doors on your Baylor this way all of your dust and your debris is blown out into the field and does not collect and block up your machine. If it is possible on the nice days all machines if you can, you were in the field open up the doors this is especially when you were bayling hay nothing worse than having all of that in your machine having the doors open blows all of this out back into the field. See if this works for you. Old timer farmer trick….
Hey Taylor, I was thinking a thermos with some fresh coffee sure would be good with that pack of donuts. “We make plans and God laughs”....you got that right. Another way I found of saying that is “the best made plans of mice and Metz often go astray”. Y’all stay safe.
Hi Taylor how are you doing and Feeling good I hope I see you 👀 are doing lots of work today and be careful wind you have the floor open I don’t think you want to fall in there and hurt your foot and you are doing a beautiful job out in the field cotton. Hey and fell in the hay doing for a good job and you are beautiful today and every day and I love you stay strong
Like your narration when it's there. Like camera positions with no narration when it's there. Great camera creativity when mowing. All you need now is a drone. Will bring operation into perspective!!
Hello Taylor, Ready enjoyed your video today. Reminded me of when we had a dairy on our farm and how the cows would jump and play when they we let them out in the spring. So thanks for the awesome video 😊
I like the go pro on the mower angle. Seems like I'm following you around the field.
I dairy farmed as well for a lot of years and I got an old milk. can and put a stollcock in the bottom and kept all my old old and collected some from farm equipment repair shops and I placed it right before the reverse he corner and let a little steam run on the chain every day and always ran a complete revolution and stopped in the same place everyday. It really made it a lot quieter when the chain was going around and it lasted a lot longer. Hope this helped you.. Great job!!
Great video Taylor
Hi Taylor. Enjoying the videos. Please ask Brent to consider putting a cover on the mower pto shaft...as the saying goes "Dont be daft, Cover your shaft"
Great video. Maple lane farms has amazing meats.
Thanks! Yes we take my families beef cows over there and they sure are tasty!
so glad to hear you found the problem with the baylor
Hey Taylor, I would rather see you Cutting Hay, Raking Hay, Baling Hay anything to with the cows and Calves or just random stuff. So I guess I like it all. Glad to see you survived the Big Blow. Many folks down here in Cedar Key lost everything. Cedar key is only 35 miles from me as the crow flies, the driver over there is 65 miles. A Lot of swampy area... Well Taylor I enjoyed your video, Thanks for sharing.
Really enjoyed your video
So glad!
I like everything I see in your videos. Never got tired of field work or maintenance when I was helping out, and never get tired of watching it many years later.
That is awesome! I’m so glad!
Hello Again Miss Tay and Brent. I was surprised again this morning getting a notification that you had posted again. Yay for that. Of course I stopped what I was doing to watch it and just now able to comment. Please don’t be embarrassed about what you post. It’s all so good. You are so good at making videos that it doesn’t matter if there is a lot of the same subject matter. It’s your daily life and your way of presenting it on video is simply the best. I believe you could post a video on watching paint dry and it would be great. You have a knack for it. Your videos are informative and funny at times. Don’t change a thing. Stay true to yourself. Omg, I’m babbling now so I will go and await your next post. Take care, be careful and have a great rest of your week.
Another day in farming! Stay safe!
hi Taylor thanks for a vonderful video love to you farm
I see you have a reverse curve in the barn cleaner. Can be trouble when things get old and worn. My cheerful thought for the day. Love your videos.
Always fun to watch. Tired of watching field work? Why do you think so many of us tune in? We enjoy riding on the tractor with you, or on the baler or the mower. Great video!!
Never a dull moment on a dairy farm!
That’s right!
Tape it ,all of your stuff is great.
I’m glad you fed that way, thank you!!
Always enjoy everything you do. Including having. Keep them coming and have a great day!
Thank you! Will do!
I love watching you mow it is part farming people need to know and understand what a farmer goes through everyday sometimes it is monotonous over and over and over again but it's got to be done rain Shane sluder snow we are always on the go no Farmers no food thank you for everything you do and your honesty about everything a lot of people will cut out things that go wrong to make themselves look better but you do not thank you
Love the video of the tractor mowing hay.Calves were fun to watch.Thank you, also the video of baling the hay was great !!!!!!!
Looking good be safe
Thanks, have a great day!
Thank you for another great video Taylor I always enjoy watching what you have to say ❤🎉
Love today’s video. Especially the clip with the calves. Have a great day and keep farming!
Hello 👋 Brent
I like what you do. It is interesting to me. I guess I need to reassure you that your content is not boring or redundant. In my opinion it is not. You are a good person with something to say. This medium is not easy to deal with so don't get discouraged. I always give you a like and I eagerly anticipate each and every video.
Enjoy you working in those green fields. Everything is pretty dry here in Pacific northwestern wheat country. I always thought tedding hay was a european thing till visiting a Vermont farm while visiting my sister in New Hampshire where I saw an ancient hay tedder from along time ago. I suppose it is due to the moist climate. We are not in a real dry area, but when we made hay around the fourth of July, tedding would have lost most of leaves on alfalfa here ( that was before hay was run though a conditioner here except on irrigated land)
Hi,,, as long as the machines are running good your feeling good and it’s a nice day,,, thats all thats counts 😊😊
I know some people that replace the gutter chain they had to order and waited a year to get it so if you need to replace the chain soon you'll have to order it and wait
Always a little excitement in your videos great attitude
Thanks so much!
I love love cropping !!!
Glad to hear it!
❤ wow fantastic 😘
Good morning Taylor
Wow great weather to get that hay done!
The other project’s looking good as well!
I’ll be up in Maine next week working bout still wondering if it be ok to stop by
Enjoy your day !
HI Taylor, thanks for sharing your chores with us. Best wishes, D
I for one love riding along with you haying😁👍👍. It takes me back to the seventies 😁😁😮🙄🤭🤭🐄🐄🐄🐄 thank you for all the videos young lady 👍👍🙋♂️🙏🙏🙏🐄🐄🐄⚘⚘⚘
Watching while we chop. Always a great video.
Thanks! Hope everything goes well for you today!
Sadly a chain is only as strong as the weakest link. Make a "stand" to mount powerwasher close to where you want to "inspect" and let it run ... so you won't get all crapped up.
Having more bales then anticipated is always a good thing! Also god has an incredible way of reminding you to expect the unexpected! Have a great safe weekend! Thanks for the video!
Glad the manure mover was repaired, hope Brent can find more chain to do more repair.
So good to hear the balers mystery problem has been solved. What a relief!!!!
You are never boring. You finding more ways to create different views.
Ur videos are always entertaining & informative!! The calves r too cute in their new pen! Glad y'all figured out the baler situation!
Good morning 🎉🎉❤
Hi!!
Personally I never can get enough mowing and bailing videos. I am not really sure why myself, it just never gets old.
Really, when you get down to it, farming is a lot of the same tasks over and over, as such the videos are often the same things. We know this, you know this, and yet here we are still watching more. :)
will those calves go up to the other barn soon also? dont forget to put some washers back in the tractor so ya have them to open the baler nice to see ya getting more bales lunch in the field is great!
I like the haying content
Good morning youngster don't apologize field work has to be done I miss doing it myself
Hi! Farming gets in your blood for sure. Thanks so much for watching!!
"You know I like to talk" ... you make me smile! Lol
Those broken devices that nobody seems to sell; I should think a good welding shop could repair them.
I'll bet Ricky Raccoon found your last bag of donuts they are good at that. I enjoy all of your videos mowing or what ever. Does your mower have rollers to crimp the hay? A farmer I worked for as a kid was nice with the lunch in the hay field his wife would get a gallon of root beer, burgers, frys, cheese curds and corndogs and bring them to the field sometimes. Always to much food but that was great at milking time there was left overs. Hope your hay season keeps getting an abundance of hay. Stay safe and healthy and thank you for making the videos for us to enjoy.
I’ve had pizza out in the hayfield. It makes for great memories. Love your videos. I am a bit envious of the flat fields you work in. Here in southern West Virginia every thing we do is on a hillside. You can’t dump a round bale just anywhere.
Right!! It certainly does☺️. I’m so glad to hear that you enjoy watching. We are lucky to have lots of level ground. I know what ya mean though we have a few fields on hillsides and it’s impossible to drop a bale anywhere!
Glad to see the bailer is working great. Y’all having some beautiful weather for hay Tay 😁 🐄
Us too! Hope your weekend is wonderful!!
You are salt of the Earth.
Aww thank you!
Great camera work!
Thanks 😃
Enjoy all your videos. I too love Fall it is just something about the cool in the air.
Another enjoyable video. Your enthusiasm is wonderful.
Very good keep baling that hay❤.
Thanks so much!
You're fortunate to have a 3rd cutting in late September. I'm not sure if anyone has ever asked the question if you have a manure pit. I've not seen a video of you spreading liquid manure.
Personally I like to see at least a little of whatever you are doing. Mowing etc., even though we have seen a lot of it, is good if it's not a whole long video of it. Yes, I did enjoy this video. Well done. Thank you.
That’s wonderful news! So glad you enjoy watching and thanks so very much for your support!
Them are some happy calves enjoying the videos stay safe
Great stuff Taylor !! Any content that you produce I enjoy !!! Just don't give up on your dreams and enjoy the journey!!! Stay safe and God bless you all and your families !!!! Eddy
Love your ear muffs / hearing protection. I have 2 pairs of those. One stays on primary tractor the other on walk behind bushog
I think since everyone is getting summer this fall instead everyone is hitting the ground running saw a few people doing first cut yesterday been a heck of year
Hi Taylor, another good video. The young calves love their new home and their new mum. It looks like you will have a good stockpile of hay and silage this year for the girls. I don't want to jinx you but all the machinery is running smoothly and the baler problems have been solved. Enjoy your pizza in the field in such good weather. Chris from Australia 🇦🇺.
So, That's how cows get hardware!🤣
😆 apparently!
Keep up the great videos!😊
Thank you! Will do!
Another great video !
I appreciate that!!
Did you paint your nails just for me? Or was it for the calves? Lol love seeing them frolic around in a new pen. In pa. Usually by this time of year, hay is well over with and we are on to corn or soybeans. Be lucky you still have the weather and crop to get a third cutting.❤️
I have fond memories of eating lunch at the hay fields. Here's a question for you, if a mower is called a mower, a tedder is called a tedder, a baler is called a baler why isn't a rake called a raker?
..... laughing .... the innards of your baler controller just needs some fresh air .. you make it enjoyable to watch cropping, as you call yourself, talk-a-lot always make it interesting with your insights as to why things are done/happening .... there will always that drop in the bucket that complain about anything and everything ... have to remember that in order to get the subs you have as well as the views, you must be doing something right, you be you .. go girl go! .... thx for the share ... as always .. never stop dreaming, just dream bigger .. have fun be safe, save our oceans ....
Taylor , your package is out for delivery , not sure what time the mail runs there , but they have..... Andrew
