Rudge was a sporty brand from Great Britain and from the beginning was very active in racing. The first Rudge motorcycle was manufactured in 1910. With a lot of development work and love for technology, notable victories were achieved in the TT. The knowledge from racing was also transferred to the road bikes. This bike is a very early Rudge direct belt drive model. It is equipped with a Brown & Barlow carburetor. She was fitted with a hub clutch at some point in the past to make the old Lady "more rideable". The motorcycle is ready to ride.
