Are you sure you don't have the phone on silent, not just the volume level but the silent mode button on the side ( if you're using iPhone )? It sounds simple but that can prevent the music from playing on some vehicles

Hi. in the car it shows that the pin code is 1111, but in bluetooth it shows that the pin code is different so I can’t connect, what should I do?

Not that I am aware of but a lot of the car companies are going to the subscription based options model - so I guess its possible on the newer models
