@@keyon187 it was very helpful to get all this great information before I take ownership of my new Jeep. You saved me a lot of time. Is there a setting in there for programming the garage door opener buttons?
@@johncgr800 to program your garage door opener there's like 3 buttons on the driver visor or near where the buttons to open the sunroof is in the middle depending on what jeep u have.

Can you hear your ventilation fans running when you have them set on high, when the main air conditioner system is turned off?
Actually it's when it's bright, the screen gets brighter. When it's dark, the screen gets darker.
Same as when you would set your phones brightness lower, at night, so it doesn't blind you and back up on the morning so you can see your screen again.
I sure wish my 2022 Charger Scatpack had the rear camera feature to check for tailgaters. I would be looking at it during all the stop lights/signs.

What version is your UConnect OS? I have a 2020 Jeep Cherokee and it doesn't have the THEMES selection in the DISPLAY menu. I miss that from my 2015 Cherokee.
Did you find it bc I have a 2019 Jeep Compass and I have u connect I just don’t Have all of these apps
@@jmcharles75 I figured if you don't get the NAV option, your Uconnect system will have fewer features.
What does the movie app do? Does it actually play movies or just list theaters where movies are located?

Hi, I can’t figure this out. I just got a 2020 Jeep Unlimited Sahara yesterday however I can’t get the doors to automatically unlock when the key fob is near. Does this mean my Jeep doesn’t have this feature? When I looked it up in the owners manual, it said look under uconnect settings but I still don’t see if it’s something that is enabled/disabled. Send help! 😩
Hi, look to see if your door handles have little buttons on them.if it does your car have the keyless entry feature. Just put your hand in the back and not back and front because that confuse the car.

I just bought a 2019 TrackHawk and whenever I start the car the drivers seat and the steering wheel is automatically on how do I disengage?
Hi,what do you mean the driver seat is automatically on ? You mean the heat ? If it's cold where you are the car does that. Especially if you remote start the car.

There is a setting for which if those are automatically on - each when the remote start vs starting inside the vehicle. I cannot remember where I found it but it’s there somewhere! Try pressing controls and look for settings there ...
That's just the settings from the last owner. If u have 2 keys use 1 of them hit 1 or 2 then hit the middle to save ur seat settings. Hope that helps.

If your vehicle don't have these options it didn't come with it.i don't think you can add those features depending on what features your talking about.

If you're playing media with the Uconnect4 system, the media will come back on when you restart the car. If you got the new Uconnect5, good luck!

How to you get this system to reset? USB stopped working and can't get it to reset....................
You can go to the settings for radio and reset it or hold down the volume button for 10 seconds. If that still doesn't work maybe your USB port need to be replaced. Seen that happened before. They do go bad eventually.

Media might refer to stuff you plug in, like thumb-drives and cords to I pads. If you system is the new Uconnect5, good luck! We had a similar problem on a new 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L Limited trim. We traded that Grand L back in after only 6 months for a new Cherokee Trailhawk with good old, Uconnect4!
