you should try just starving the garrisons out before deploying siege equipment. Just make sure you have more food, if not raid nearby villages before the siege. Also build your trebuchets and immediately hide them. Wait for the garrison to die from starvation and then deploy all trebuchet's at once, overwhelming the wall/enemy siege equipment and inflicting injury's to only the militia. Then siege the castle when they don't have catapults and make sure you already have towers and a battering ram ready before all of this. I play on the hardest difficulty with realism mods and I have never lost more than 100 soldiers from a siege. When the battle starts have your infantry out of enemy archer range, and once the towers and ram have reached the wall tell everyone to charge. This will make them choose 3 paths of attack instead of just one.
On one of my last play troughs Luda the wife of my brother died after childbirth e.e,then Ravagand died in the next war,i alr owned 3 capitols and 9 castles or some they made me the new king or emperor of sturgia xDD,while i was planning to start my own kingdom and murder them all like i usually do xDD..this game.. thats a 1st ever...Nice vid , execelent edeting my good sir ^^
