Many thanks for this wonderful video. Please come back and visit other important monasteries on mainland or on the beautiful
Greek islands
oh don't worry, we will. :D We've been to Athens and Crete so far, and loved it!
I really enjoyed the video and thought you captured the essence of a visit to the monasteries really well. I especially appreciated your 'notes' about the ruggedness of the road and the bathroom situation. ;) We visited in May of 2019 and this really took me back. One comment I will make is that, while I like your overall style (good combination of style and substance), I felt like the scrambly jumpcuts were a little bit overused. Especially in instances where there is a sort of montage, like at Katholiko Monastery. Felt a little too much like a music video where you get a subliminal sense of what you are seeing, but not enough time lingering on any one shot to absorb it. Otherwise I see your channel as a welcome addition to the CZcams travel video scene. :)
Thanks for the feedback! In the last video, we trialed some chiller music to address the problem. If you watch the video on the Black Country Museum, you can see the style of music allows us to linger on shots much longer. :)
