Kodubale is a famous south indian snack which is in the shape of ring. Thats why its also called it as ring murukku. This kodubale is so crispy which is just melt i mouth like butter murukku. To make crispy kodubale I have used ingredients like rice flour, all purpose flour, rosted gram powder and dry coconut. For preparation of kodubale masala I have taken red chilli powder, asafoetida, carom seeds and white sesame seeds.
This kodubale or murukku is so crispy which is just melt in mouth. In this recipe I have added hot ghee to make special flavours to kodubale. This is a perfect tea time snack. Just in 10 min we can prepare kodubale or rice rings.
Just follow the recipe and make crispy kodubale at home.
