I am a skateboarder who has been skating for over 20 years. I am a parent, a Nurse and a husband now and I still love skateboarding. I made this channel to inspired dads to skate again and I can still enjoy talking about parts of skateboarding even when i cant skate due to new priorities in my life. I Still love to skate. I feel Nyjah and the Boss Andrew Reynolds are my favorite skaters of all time but I love so many others! Mark Suciu, Shane Oneil, Antwain Dixon, TK, and the amazing Anthony Perkins LOL. I’ve skated it and I’ve loved it. I thought they were very comfortable and while the top is very thin the bottom is quite good as shock absorption.

I got me a pair of the Emerica wino slip on the Toy Machine collab one. Only skated in them a few times but, they were good. Got them for $30 and then got another pair of Emerica's which I skate more in for $35. Can't be 2 pairs of good skate shoes for $65 before tax & shipping
I have that very same slip on its great but i felt like it was very slippery not grippy at all. I use them as kicks

Currently on like my 3rd pair of these and love them. They feel like a slip-on version of the Dixon’s.

@@tonyperksexperience1988 I have this pair that I just wear around but I got a pair of NB 508’s and they kill my feet so it was right back to the Winos.
Oh I never had a pair of the new balances. I heard they were good but im gonna stick with the wino!!!
@@tonyperksexperience1988 The Foys are great, the 508s cause (without being too dramatic) the worst foot pain I’ve ever felt in my life.
