You CAN heal this with diet alone, believe it or not. I have been dealing with this for the past 8 odd years and I'm 25 years old now.
I've completely changed my diet after indentifying my trigger. NO GLUTEN, NO DAIRY, NO YEAST. Also, try Intermittent fasting. I usually eat all meals within a 10 hour window and fast for 14 hours. Noticed huge improvement with my HS.
My suggestion to everyone suffering, please try to stay off antibiotics, steroids as it just doesn't heal you from the root. Opt for homeopathy, naturopathy, this way you are not burdening your body with huge amount of medication.
Also, find your TRIGGERS, and ELIMINATE them. It will change your life. I've gone for months without lumps and I know I will heal myself despite of what every "medical" doctor says. Love and healing to anyone who feels their alone in this. We're in this together.

      Did it disappear completely?

    • @shaniafernandes9669
      @shaniafernandes9669 Před 2 lety +2

@@lproserpine872 It hasn't disappeared completely. However, I don't have active HS wounds that are open. It's rare that I do get a flare and this too is mostly when I've eaten something that has gluten/dairy or yeast. Hormones also affect your HS, so for me I do sometimes get a lump before/during my periods but it settles down after.
Hope this helps and answers your question

I’ve been fasting doing 16:8 for 6 days and I realised today that my skin is not red, erupting or itchy. At the moment, I am happy with how I feel. I came looking for a video because I am surprised by the effect it seems to be having on my HS.

I was wondering is conns syndrome related to pcos and hs syndrome? I had gestational diabetes 5 times plus I have the above. I may have had for a long time but blamed my blood pressure issues on being black and having HBP uncontrollable since I was 20yrs old. It's always been hormonal and being the first clinical trial of the depo shot in low-income free clinics.

After a huge surgery. HS still there under my left armpit. The surgeon want to do now a new surgery and a skin graft. I am not sure about this at all. Do I seek a second opinion? A new Dermatologist? The Dermatologist want to put me in a new medication to suppress my autoimmune system. I already try Humera. What are this medications doing? I don’t know.

    Hi :)
Im currently doing the fasting I feel less flare ups and less feeling bloaty. I have stage 1 HS and have oas which stands for oral allergy syndrome. So I'm already avoiding raw fruits and vegetables. Also avoiding dairy, sugar and gluten. Is it common to have food allergies with HS? If so what is the connection?
It's been tough because I had surgery and will do wtv it takes cure myself.

I hope you read this soon !
      I am a stage 2 HS patient.
I have had HS for 5 years.
No medicine or cream was going to fix this.
Doctors were screwing with me since there is no legit cure for it.
Different things work for different people.
What I did to see remission:
I added an omlette of 3 eggs to my diet made in Butter .
You can have it made in ghee or coconut oil or olive oil . You can have 2 eggs.
      Boiled eggs work fine too.
      Practise IF obviously.
Somehow insulin helps in reducing inflammatory response If we don't mess with insulin levels by binge eating.
Replace potato with cauliflower in your diet.
Have fish atleast 3 times a week
If u r a vegetarian search zinc for HS. On Google and proceed as u fell like.
Remember 1 tablet only per day! Don't go over that dosages to gain fast results be patient..
Some ppl in early stages see remission with zinc supplements and eating clean
Stop drinking sodas and other sugar drinks.
Avoid pizzas burgers and ice creams and cakes and brownies for atleast 2 years!!! Nothing baked and no alcohol too.
If u smoke you'll have to quit that too.
HS breakouts occur where our skin rub against itself .
So losing weight shows very promising results.
I lost 10kgs and my HS went from. 1 inflammation every 20days to 1 inflammation every 6-8 months.
Then I lost some more weight and ate clean and took less stress and took some zinc supplements.
      My symptoms went away.❤️
I haven't had any issues since then .
Ofcourse I eat healthy now and I fell good about myself.
I know this disease is very depressing and painful.
I am not a doctor so I don't know if I am cured since it is an auto immune disorder!
      But I'll tell u this
I eat Quaker oats witha spoonful of pintola unsweetened peanut butter and 10 walnuts and 15 almonds a banana and an apple.
      That's my staple breakfast now.
For lunch I have boiled cauliflower and spinach with a clove of garlic and a pich of turmeric with a cup of curd on the sides
      It's very filling ❤️❤️❤️
For dinner I eat an omlette of 3 whole eggs made in Amul Butter 20gms.
      And I took zinc gluconate tablet : 1 each day.for 4 months. 84mg pack.
Remember too much zinc can deplete our copper reserves in our body so I suggest u start with only 20-30 mg and do that for 1 month and if u can eat fish then u need not take any zinc supplements!!!
      I wish I could eat fish🙄
Ofcourse I avoid all foods prepared in yeast and sugar.
      They are very inflammatory.
Don't worry you will be able to have a piece of cake every once in a while but only after a couple of years. Be disciplined for atleast 1-2 years !!!! And u will be able to turn your life around for the better.❤️❤️❤️
      I hope u find remission soon .
I have gone through this nonsense for 5 yrs I know how u must feel.
There is a way out and I have shown u but u will have to be very strict for 2 yrs! Good luck!

Got to look into the yeast connection. It’s more than just yeast raised bread. It’s vinegar, nutritional yeast, yeast extract, cultured foods, wine. They have videos on here about yeast antibodies and HS. My daughter is getting relief for the first time in six years by going yeast free.

Iv found that it’s foods with high natural glutamate, which include tomatoes, white potatoes, aged hard cheeses and eating too much meat, Asian sauces with msg ect. I also avoid foods high in sugar and don’t consume fruits juice without the fibre

Nutritional yeast is high in glutamate, and I only consume sourdough as it’s meant to be low in gluten because of the fermentation

@Blair Ashlee have you ever tried Einkorn sour dough bread? I am interested in trying it as my sour dough flour. I want to switch to sour dough for the occasional bread source but am not sure if that will work so I was interested in your comment.
