    Thanks for this. I would like to see how the rake trim was hooked onto the z-closure and cleat. Good idea to use contrasting colors.

    Run your left side Gable Trim first, then your able to cut everything with leftys.

    How does this detail allow for expansion and contraction of the panel, along its length? Especially for longer panels.

    That top z should lap over the lower piece right?

      The upper z-closure should actually be lapped underneath the lower z-closure. It sounds counterintuitive, but we're creating a proper lap on the outside of the flashing envelope when we do it that way. -Thad

    can you tell me what size rivets you are using? Dimension? Length? nobody seems to cover this.
