Number 5: Allwood Escape Cabin Kit
As the name implies, this entire wood kit provides some kind of treehouse vibes.
Inside, it's a modest 113 square feet, which may be too small for some.
With six and a half feet in height, it is big enough for you to stand upright and move around.
The only downside we noticed is that there are no foundations in this tiny house, and in colder seasons, you might want to add insulation. But other than that, this tiny house is an excellent investment.
Number 4: Expandable Container House With Solar Energy
Besides the considerable amount of ambient light available in this tiny house, the use of solar energy was something that caught our eye.
When assembled alone, the pre-drilled galvanized steel panels are highly durable, waterproof, fireproof, and wind and seismic resistant.
The foundation can be a whole slab or just 12 concrete blocks.
It also includes a complete layout with a bathroom and shower, kitchen, other amenities, and a dining area.
The only downside is that it is expensive. However, solar energy can help you save money on your electricity bill.
Number 3: Allwood Arlanda
This tiny house is the best option if you love entertainment in your home.
This two-room structure has an in-unit patio design.
This 238-square-foot unit is mainly made of wood and is so light that you can place it anywhere.
It has big windows on the front of the house that provide natural light.
While insulation, plumbing, and electricity are not included, they can all be installed after-market, with the company providing guidance.
Number 2: Lakeview Log House
This beautifully designed tiny house comes with eight double-panel windows and two french glass doors.
It is made of high-quality Nordic Spruce and can be used all year.
This house provides natural light and a stunning exterior, as it is wide open and transparent inside.
You can use this charming cabin for many purposes: a garden cabin, a home office, a pool house, an artist's studio, a fishing or hunting cabin!
The only downside of this house is that it has too many windows. However, you can purchase long curtains to provide privacy in your home.
Number 1: Solar House Economic Modular Home
Global Modulars transforms High cube cargo containers into beautiful houses and small buildings, reducing construction times and expenses.
This tiny house's primary materials are steel frames and sandwich panels. It is built for home use, guesthouses, sleeping accommodation, and camps.
It has a unit of 40 square feet to allow you to live comfortably and economically.
It also includes a bedroom, a bathroom, a toilet, a sink, and a living room. You also get a kitchenette with a small dining area.
Depending on how sunny it is, the solar energy system of this model can be fully charged in 10 hours.
The only downside of this unit is that it is not possible to add another bedroom. However, this tiny house can accommodate at least 3 people.
Let us know what you think about these tiny houses in the comments below! Thanks for Watching!!

How to order this one
Thank for share â€
I also share 3d design drawing for your reference â€
Real estate agents are obviously gonna lie about these because they break the real estate market. Do not be discouraged to buy these guys. Live your best life đ€
You fucking right â€
I disagree very much. Im a real estate broker and think these are a great idea for all kinds of people. The problem isnt that I would lie, its that people need to understand what they are getting and not getting. A low price is an attraction but is this the life they really want or could get used to? A lot of people who went into tiny homes found the houses cost much more in the end than they thought, were difficult to get approvals and permits for and then after a year or two became discouraged in living in a tiny space and sold them. The fact they are cheap, attractive, fun, etc, isnt the whole story. We are going into awful times and traditional home ownership is something for the back burner or even ripe for abandonment as a current hope so a cheap, tiny house is definitely worth considering. Every agent has a passion for land and ownership as opposed to renting and I would always recommend whats most suitable for someone based on their circumstances and workable dreams. If that means a tiny house, doing nothing at the moment, buying in a situation that has nothing to do with me, so be it. What I dont want for a customer is that they become stuck and in trouble in whatever choice they make. Go slowly, eyes open, buy within ability, create a firm foundation on which a happy future can be built. For that, the right answer just might be a house in this video.
I'm an agent and I post about these. These all encompassing comments are bs.
@@cvcoco why people need to go to go to areas where permits are not a issue. Lots of places in the southwest you can build as you please.
dont work for the jew The rest of your life
Sears sold modern home kits in the early 1900s. Every single thing needed to complete a home was shipped by rail, very sturdy builds. The homes were classic designs, and many across the country are still lived in.
The home I grew up in was a Sears kit :) My parents bought it in the early 1950s. It still stands today with a new owner
My great grandmother house was a sears home and itâs still standing and liveable
Sears catalog had everything
Just like 100 years ago people would order their home from Sears. Just had to put it together â€
We live in a 110-year-old kit house!
Craftsman house sears
@lymarie1974: "just like 100 years ago..." You're right, right down to the nails, paint and roofing. I believe the mail-order homes were selling around 8 to 9 hundred dollars.
Since Sears sold those houses we been on a "bigger and bigger" house to meet our needs.
I hope this becomes a trend for folks who want affordable housing.
Just a note, these small houses may become necessary in the future as those who don't have retirement savings. Since the end of employer sponsored "Defined Benefit and Defined Contribution Plans" were replaced by 401k's and IRA's a lot of folks haven't saved.
So, all they will have is social Security. So, these smaller homes will become (financially) necessary.
@@beehicks1 : "Craftsman house sears" yeah and not "Guaranteed for Life" like Craftsman tools.
@@fritzsmith3296 your so right my friend.
We are back to the post depression days when people brought their homes from Montgomery Ward or Sears catalogs. My husbands Grandparents had one 2 story house 3 bedrooms and over sixty years later in pretty good condition, only thing the floors were very squeaky lol, it had a fireplace too. They said it came in a kit
My parents' home had a Sears fireplace in it. It was so beautiful and built like a tank. Solid expensive wood. Amazing.
actually houses from a kit were sold long before the depression. Many as early as the turn of the century. Sears, I'm sure you know, was a big seller of these homes.
Yes!!! Love the catalog homes!!!
I grew up in a 1920âs sears kit home! It was absolutely fantastic and beautiful
I need that catalog so I can pay 1k each I'm sure or less. Things don't cost what they say they do. It's all to keep us living paycheck to paycheck or living below means.
Can do it for much less. I lost home and family in a fire. I sold that land. Bought a decrepit mobile home for 1100. bucks. Put 2k down on 4 wooded acres. Had the trailer moved and a 12x14 shed built to live in while rehabbing trailer. Made shed a tiny house on mostly free or cheap used materials. Using same on trailer. Put in electrical. Buy water in jugs and use camping toilet. Comfy and gorgeous for 200 a month land contract payment. Shed cost 3500. Possible to rent to own them for 150 a month. Ordinances need to change so this can be legal. It would go a long way toward solving homelessness. I urge kids paying upwards of 1300 a month for a 1 br apt in town to consider this option. No credit check. No one asked a single question about money or employment

that's some cheap acreage. where?
@@Scramblefred2399 you can find acres of land from 500 to $1,000 an acre all over the country easily!

I would totally get one of those as a guest house. Particularly loved the last one modern design.
Before you build a âtiny homeâ, be sure to do your homework. Calculate the cost of building your planned tiny home, then calculate the cost of double the square footage. You can make each room bigger, or add on another room. But look at the cost per square foot. Use that info to make an informed decision about what really makes sense. And part of what makes sense is to consider resale. If you have a slightly larger âtinyâ home, youâll have a larger pool of potential buyers.
Bottom line, there is a point where âtinyâ can be too small.
This is great. Thanks for alerting us to other tiny house options.
Thank you Atheria :)
the way things are going feels like the majority of people will be living in these tiny storage unit homes... or have to live with multiple roommates. I personally could never live with someone again; my home is where I get away from people. Only me and my cat please!
Same.
I like tiny houses really comfortable to spend my life there,I wish I could do that.
Excellent video, it has very good and quite detailed information, thank you very much for sharing this quality content
Thanks to these houses â€â€ my family could survive after the earthquake destruid their house and lot of houses in their town on mountains
That's what we love to hear! Thank you for stopping by @NormalHuman1..1
Great review about the 10 best Tiny Houses. Very interesting.
ID LIKE TO SEE 10 EXPANDABLE CONTAINER HOMES THAT WILL SHIP 'AS CONTAINERS' ..ON CONTAINER SHIPS!
That's a great video idea! I'll look into it! Thank you :)
I had a trailer long ago never liked it. But it made my husband happy.
The best one number 4 at 4:42.
These are nice and convenient but also very expensive the process of doing this could be a lot cheaper and substainable but still very interesting
I would love to see a workout on this in So California... But need all costs, sewer, utilities. Might make a good rental or airbnb
I liked your review of such beautiful small houses. Interesting. Thank you very much for the video.
Glad you enjoyed it!
thanks for sharing... I would buy 6 or 7 of these tiny homes and join them together, it would be amazing! I love it!
star energy. it cracks me up how she says stare nerrrgy.

Oh and I heat with woodstove when it's very cold and electric tower heater otherwise. Have a big toaster oven and a 2 coil electric stove I bought for 30 bucks. Got the oven used for 10.
We lost the rv trailer and the first tiny house we were building in a major flood. lived in our shed for a year while we built our next tiny house on the rv's frame. the shed had a living area and full bath but since no insulation it was hard to heat in wnter. our new tiny house is roughly 8ft by 20ft and has everything you'd want a sleeping loft, storage loft, stairs to loft, tons of cabinets, full bathroom, washer/dryer combo, wall mounted stove, and electric or wood heat. it cost us about 20k to build it ourselves, we have no mortgage and property taxes are about 100 bucks a year. you can build what you want, have it look the way you want, etc., without getting one of these expensive half done, generic, comercial eyesores which some of these shown really are.
How long did it take you to build? And did that cost have everything included?
If you live on a flood plaine than build your home on a barge so your home will rise with the water. Boat docks work the same way, the higher the lake, the higher the dock.

One day Iâm going to do the same. I donât need much space and itâs just so much cheaper than renting anything overall.
a lot of those tiny houses have potential! Ball park prices would go a long way on people making some choices if they decided to go that route.
SO SHWEEEETTT...much love Tee with LIONS NAMED LEO.[the music worldwide}
and sooooo cool.!!!
Great tiny houses! More...
Itâs not like we donât have houses in museums that were built from Clay hundreds of years ago- itâs definitely plausible with the right knowledge and foundation
Love this
Expandable container house with solar energy sounds good.
Howdy interesting collection and description of tiny houses where in Amazon are they listed
With housing prices rising and interest rates rising people will definitely be looking for other options.
I almost bought one of these tiny houses, but then I realized how bored my old lady would be with less house to clean. She has NO idea how lucky she is that I'm always thinking of her needs!

Solar Eco Modular but more sizes usually 8x16x whatever height.
The house is very impressive, I am also sharing 3d small house designs for your reference before making. â€
What a damn shame. You get 1 bedroom for the real cost of a single family home. My gosh, when will the madness stop.
You should be able to buy these kits for 5k-10k. I spent about 4000 building mine out of normal rated materials from a big box store and it's a lot more solid than any of these flimsy toolsheds. If I'd ordered directly from a lumber yard I'd have saved at least $1000.
About 20 years ago I built a 2 bedroom one bath house 1200 sq fully finished for 20.000 . Using good materials. I bet most of these things wonât even pass inspection. Here you have to use 2x6 I bet these are 2x4
Beautiful. I just wish you had a 20 24 updated video. Thanks anywayâ€
You're welcome @thar5685. And we're working on it!
The Richmond Barn house looks like an excellent option for a cheap-but-superior starter home. Only questions I have are will it include options for electricity and plumbing, and will it have a solid foundation that's stormproof?
Star energy < stare nergy
I will definitely buy one of these someday soon! Maybe even two or three of them?
I had friend that was construction worker. Their called framers anyway he built tiny dog house right before my very eyes. It had roof paper, siding, no window. A friend cut holes for windows found out custom window are fortune. So existing windows. All guy would need is pick up truck that barely runs. In old days home was built with chain saw.
Yes sir! Thanks for stopping by Joey!

Are they VA approved? Can you join a few together for a larger home?
All wood plan is my favorite!
Retract that the next one, the modular house! #1!!
All wood is sweet, but it might not be the most desirable in a wildland fire situation.
True, I wouldn't build/live in that type off environment. It was a design 'choice' question. I stand by it. But, thx đ
@@ghostnoterboomboom9119 Your "style" choice is reasonable and I suppose I agree with you. In reality, most any of these homes would be VERY difficult to permit making them more practical in a rural setting than an urban setting.
I'm sure municipalities will be more than happy to hand out occupancy permits. I'm also sure nearby homeowners will have no issues whatsoever with prefab homes popping up left and right.
The cost of meeting shire council requirements such as water, sewage, and power connections would add thousands to this simple structure. They must also meet safety inclusions such as fire alarms and fire retardent materials in many rural Australian areas.
Yeah but itâs a step in the right direction. They do market it like it wont cost you about what youâre paying for the home, to get the home all ready. But itâs still cheaper than a full sized home
And in my opinion youâre lucky if you only have to pay the price of the home for the land and to get it ready with sewage, water, electricity etcâŠ..
Just build a big metal shed and figure out the inside later
đ Not a bad idea Andy
1:27 She said isolation and I was like well... she's not wrong.
Prices would help, as well as what you would need to install it or build it.
Wow amazing. Building my own tiny house too. Liked and subscribe too
Some nice homes...however, if you want electric, plumbing, etc., be prepared. It costs THOUSANDS of dollars to get all that done. Also, the majority don't even have insulation so there is also that unless your only going to use it in good weather, no excessive heat or cold. Again, some nice homes but buyer beware. These are not truly finished homes in the traditional sense!
You can do Solar and get a water barrel. Kinda like living off grid.
Nope and they don't seem to be sturdy.
How much cost every setting from small house to big one
I realllly would love to speak with someone about getting a Tiny home in Dallas TX l need two bedrooms and a loft
These really small homes are great and all.... But, Are they *bathsalt zombie cannibal* proof? Would really hate to end up as some *canned food* when the *biting & eating* starts.
Impressive designs
I like # 8
0:13 bruh this one looks exactly like our garage/storage in our backyard, where we put our tools, junk and bicycles. It's common one for Dutch people lol.
How do these things get plumbing?
Simplicity!
The only tiny âhouseâ on this list is the Starenergy one. All the others are like glorified sheds. A single room, no matter what you put around the outside wall cannot be called a tiny home. A proper tiny home has at least one separate bedroom, a separate bathroom, a kitchen, an eating area, a lounge area and storage.
So, most of these really donât qualify to be called tiny homes.
This would have been an awesome video if the prices were shown too during the introduction of each home.
Star-energy ;)
đ
I still think I'll build an earthbag house.
How much is the solar house economic modular
I bet itâs 2x4 construction. Here you have to use 2x6 to pass inspection from the county . I built a 1200sq house 2 bedroom 1 bath completely finished for just over 20k buying everything from Loweâs and Home Depot. That was 20 years ago but even now you could build a home something that small with better materials.
I need one for a pool house shed
Nice! All one needs now is one's own land to put it on. Right?!
Rent! đ
đ„đ„đ„đâŠ.
Thank you Whitney! đ
Can the houses be purchased with monthly payments? Are there any companies that would finance the purchase?
Absolutely! There are prefab homemakers that can handle that.
Wish you would have included pricing
I love #10 it's perfect for me. But where to park it. All are pretty but #1 not my cup of tea.
Omg star energy maybe?
ANY BODY KNOWS IF I NEED A CITY PERMIT TO PUT THIS TINY HOUSE IN MY BACKYARD?
You sure that's not star energy?
Yes, it's Star Energy, pardon my pronunciation :)
The marketing guy who came up with the name has just been fired after the release of this video

all look nice but lack of electricity, plumbing, insulation and sewer hook up means that these are little more than storage sheds
I love it how the government is destroying the economy and encouraging us to live is small, meager peasant homes as if that wasn't their plan to begin with.
This video would have been more interesting, if it included feedback from actual home owners.
