- One of my viewers was having problems with welding some elements of different letters of a specific font. It was causing some issues when actually engraving. This video shows 3 different ways to do it in RDWorks, and how to do it in Corel as well.

Good afternoon sir, thank you for your time and help with your videos.

Martin Meza it should. Hard to tell without seeing exactly what u r doing.
Thank you Sir
Good vid thank you. Can you select all the letters and merge them at once to make 1 united word? Thank you.
Not in RD Works.
@@mandalaroseworks thank you. I figured that as I kept looking and looking. Time for Lightburn I suppose.
how I can cut from import files? in this program is only scan
You need to provide a lot more info. What program do you have? Most laser programs can cut or engrave. You just need to change the parameters to do it.
Heartfelt thanks and congratulations for everything she teaches us, I found her by chance and I immediately subscribed to her channel! I have a small business of cutting and engraving wooden shapes and I am self-taught. I have often needed to create writings that follow the contours of circular objects, for example I should engrave an inscription on wooden discs which will then be glued on jars but I have never succeeded, I have always created the writing with word and then the i saved it as an image and worked with rdworks. Is there a faster system? can you please help me? thank you very much
I do most of my design work with Corel Draw. I pretty much only use RDWorks to transfer files to my laser.
@@WadeWendorf yes this is the other system that I use too I hoped it could be done using only Rdwors, but I will continue like this. Thanks for your kind reply and I will often follow your channel, have a nice day!
i want to do this but i want to cut it out of wood wont the laser go back and cut the why off?
Not if you go thru and fix all of the overlaps like the video shows.
@@mandalaroseworks using RDworks
can you tell me how to transfer your work from CorelDraw 18 to rdworks
Check my other videos. There's one that shows how to install the macro.
what do you do when you already have rdworks when I went to macro did not show up thank you
@@richardm1205 You need to install the macro version. Apparently when you installed you didn't install the macro version, just RD works. Alternatively you can export from Corel to a DXF, and import that into RD Works.
thank you
Ain’t nobody got time for that
