Chances to get into those companies without a degree or 5+ years of experience: 0.02%
as it should be. why would they pay someone 400k+ without proper qualifications?
@@mattiaslp9645 Because they asked nicely and have an active twitter account
Obviously? Imagine being paid 400k without being the best of the best.
Of course they are going to need proper qualifications and experience.
Well the probability is greater than getting AIR 1 jee India
Interviewer: Okay so I can see you went to M.I.T , graduated 2nd in your class and you made a A.I. that helps elderly with dementia take their medications on time.

Well, the saying data is the new oil looks true.
It's the new oil but better. Unlike oil anyone can get into it as long as they can learn it. And it doesn't have a high barrier to entry as in price.
@@ElectrostatiCrow And how is that different than oil, again?
@@NikkaPleeease It requires less capital and it can be done anywhere unlike oil.
I'd like to believe that Apple's salaries are so high because a main requirement for working there is to be a social person and that removes a lot of the competition for jobs because software developers are very anti social.
Bro, but nowadays EVERY developer job require you to be social, look the job posting in your zone and you'll see a big bold SOCIAL INTERPERSONAL SKILLS shining in the middle.
😂 who said you that , only being social is not enough to get job at Apple, Iol it need lot more qualities than that. They interview all aspects of the person .. coding experience and expertise , behavioral, system design, architecture etc etc …. You get what you are worth paying for .
@@zeedd832 There is a CZcamsr who worked at Apple and she said that Apple doesn't hire anti social people because when people are social they talk to each other and thus ideas spread around the company.
@@ElectrostatiCrow haha, I work for apple and i don't believe such youtubers who have zero idea about their interview process and how engineers there work in a team , talk day and night to solve difficult problems... I have worked for oracle, splunk and few more product companies in bay area and certainly we need social yet intelligent people who can deliver results, not just talks :)
@@saurabhportfolio8328 any advices for someone who is learning now Python and starting into machine learning to can get a job at a big company?
You fail to mention you probably won't even stand a chance unless you have a PHD in computer science, Machine learning, DATA science, or any other related field. 😭
not a PHD, but masters for sure.
or aton of experience + projects
or remarkable achievements in the field
Just go to an Ivy League or top institution and it’ll open doors for you lol
Even data science doesn't work, you would most likely need a phd in machine learning to pass the resume scanning
@@xuzack832makes me happy cause I'm working on a bachelors in machine learning / ai and I feel like it's taking so long but more so was worried about getting a job fate because so many people do it in 9 months without a degree
a year or a month?
sorry but I can't help laughing at the goofy song playing in the video 😂
Great share🎉
these salaries are from over eight years at the company for instance for Google.
Thanks!!
Just curious, how accurate are we here when we say $300-700K at Apple?
very accurate for NYC/Bay area locations
Getting job as ML engineer in these companies are really hard, and the salary is actually not that much,,, many includes in that like retirement, stock etc
I saw a job advertised in London that's offering 900k pounds sterling
I have complted all basics machine learning now i want to solve the problem related to ml where i can i found and can you keep me along you bcz i want to get some experience and wanna improve skills
Do we need master in ml for getting jobs or just by btech
Is the data's are real?
What courses and roadmap should we follow as a self taught ai/ml engineer to get job at faang . Please do reply and make a video
It's likely that neither of them will hire you unless you don't have a degree that says you are an AI engineer, cosider that even people that own a degree in AI engineering struggle to get in any of these big companies
It's moreso about the experience, projects and connections. You dont need a degree that says AI in it.
@@YaJasha can you explain why some people say its easy to get into these companies. every video makes it looks like its easy to get in and everyones getting it.
self taught and ai/ml dont go together. you need a data/software related job with years of experience to land a job at these companies. maybe try a smaller company then later apply to faang companies.
@@YaJasha that’s not true, AI and programming as a whole is one of the only subjects you don’t need a degree for, it’s easily self taught and with a reputable portfolio built up over a few years you have a decent shot
Great!
Are you working in google???
I prefer AI engineering than machine learning because it involves more coding
Imagine having 700k$ salary 😮
where are you working now ?

All those jobs are now gone... all laid off and asked to go home. Higher the salary, more riskier to lose those jobs in current economy.
They aren't gone?? Dude learn to differentiate a surplus VS "gone". The labour supply simply exceeds demand. Aint rocket science
are these salary packages per month or yearly?
Per week
Per hour
Per minute
Per sec
Per sec
Is this per month or per annum?
Obviously per annum man…who pays you this muck for month😂😂

What courses do I need to complete in order to get a job in one of these companies? Please give us a roud map
Take Andrew Ng's ML course. Then make a lot of projects and go for higher education in ML. Getting an ML job is impossible with just some course degree.
@@harshsharma03 my teacher where i can get projects after finish Andrew's course it can possible to do it
Thank you so much
@@omaralhajali3915 you can do it through Andrew’s course & use those as examples to get your foot-in-the-door. Go in with smaller companies to build up your resume
Unlike most software engineering jobs, it is very hard to get a job in ML without a relevant degree. Oftentimes, a graduate degree would be preferred.
There are masters degrees from highly ranked schools in ML offered online though, best being Columbia University and Imperial College London.
