    Hey guys, just a quick update on my meniscus root tear surgery and recovery. The last several weeks have all been pretty similar in physical therapy and upper body exercise, with the exception of progressively adding 25% body weight starting at Week 4. Just wanted to fill you in on how it's been going, and where I go from here. ALL circumstances and bodies are DIFFERENT. But, I do want to share my personal experience in hopes of benefiting others and staying connected to you. One thing is for sure, if you are physically able to workout and move today...you, me, we are fortunate and blessed! So, get out there and move!
