      sure ka sir tama yan, kung pipe fitter ka kita muna may mali jan, pakireview po ulet ng makita nyo. hindi mag tatama ang dalawang 45 degree kung hindi prehas ang set run nya, kung 500 ang run nya dapat 500 din ang travel nya sa rolling, paano paano mo makukuha ang 500 na travel kung ang set mo sa rolling ay 800.

      @@ariesacquiatan8337 opo ganon nga po yun boss,kung ano ang roll nya sa baba ganon din po taas,kahit gamitan mo man ng sine cosine at tan yan boss basta same ang given parehas pa rin ang nalabas na resulta,ibig sabihin accurate po yung computation nyo sa rolling,kung hindi parihas boss may mali po sa computation.i hope nakuha mo ang ibig ko sabihin.salamat po👍

    Boss Bhamzkie paturo ng technique ng piping line kung papaano sila susukatan on site.. Yung kung saan ka mag babasi ng elevation ng offsets nila, kunyari walang wall or ceiling na pagbabasihan, o kaya yung ground ay di level sana ay na intindihan nyo po ibig ko sabihin

      Opo ka metal na gets ko po yung ibig mong sabihn.mahirap tlaga mag sukat lalo na kung wala tayong basehan.pero pagka ganyan ka metal para makuha mo ang accurate na sukat ng iyong offset ay gumamit ka ng plumb bob hulugan mo para makuha mo ang rise.if hindi level ang ground gamit ka ng hose level para makuha mo ang run.always center ng elbow or pipe po tayo mag simula mag sukat.salamat sa panonood mo ka metal

      sir may iso drawing at plan dwg nmn po at naka detail na duon lahat may, coordinates dimension of the line, at bago po ilagay ang nag piping buo na po ang structural building nya at pipe rack na bawat division ay may coordinates na makikita mo plan drawing duon, para sa site po yan pero kung sa fabrication ka po, as per drwg lage pagpifit up

      Yes po,dahil ang sukat ay nagsimula po sa center ng elbow,kaya ibawas po natin ang take off,sa gap naman po di ko na binabawas kasi pag e welding na po yan ay aatras yan ng 2 to 3mm.

      Kung gagamit po kayo ng 22.5°elbow ganito lang po
      943÷Cos(22.5°)=TRAVEL

      Opo boss,sa pagkuha ng kahit anong degree ay kylangan tlaga natin malaman ang 2 sides of angle,pag wala yan or isa lang ang given wala tayong basihan sa pag solve.kahit sa sine rule ay may 2 given talaga.
