Professor, on the one hand I walk along Pell and Mott and the Bowery at least twice a week; on the other hand, I have heard about the infamous Tong Wars of the turn-of-the-century Chinatown. The 1970s and 1980s there were many Chinese gang wars in Chinatown
Can't believe it's only couple streets in old China Town ...

Yeah, that's been known to happen from time to time throughout gangland history. The Code of Honor is, on occasion, dishonored.
Someone should make a video game based on this. There's enough yakuza games
