    How could anyone ever work 20 hours a day for a longer period of time? Maybe it was long, but 20 hours?

    • @cornerliston
      @cornerliston Před 2 lety

      Most likely, you can't unless you work in a sweatshop. For a few days, sure. Most of us has done that sometime in our careers. Although probably depends on what "20 hours" includes. I could quite easily claim I work 20 hours a day every day a week-if I count every time I think about a project or do anything related to “work.”
      Although studios seems (seemed?) to be almost like a sweatshop when listening about experiences these prominent mixing engineers have-with the very weird career path starting as a “coffee boy” or runner or what might be. Not many business would agree that's a proper way to school people.

      @@cornerliston I would say you can't even judge a mix after 12 hours work, bt that would be possible because you could take breaks. With 20 hours of work you can't even do that.

      @cornerliston Před 2 lety

      @@tonoormusic I'm all with you on that.
      Although, depending on if you run your own business, there's tons of other work to fill the day with : )
