Cities Skylines let's play gameplay today building a high security jail in a lake of poop and sewage! With our citizens getting more educated in university, we need to take steps to spy on and jail people, so we built a hidden prison in a lake of poop.

Have two layers of fences around the prison Island the inner layer will be oil fantased and outer layer will be airport fences it is obviously Overkill but it is maximum security after all

The prison system is quite... dark, in the way you're running it. Love it. Anyways, your citizens better hope they're acting all according to what is expected and needed, since now they have a final place to go - doubtful that any reports are getting out of that complex. That said, a lower security prison area at some point would be neat - perhaps next to an area of high density and low income citizens, in that small ore area? That way the high security one can be there Just In Case while the low security one does its work on the less extreme criminals.

If you are desperate for more "criminals" to put in your new prisons, you can apply a few policies. One increases the crime rate (and happiness), another increases punitive sentencing.

Lol. I used to do something similar on zoo tycoon. Any guests that would become unhappy would get placed on an island with loose velociraptors, after a few minutes no more problems.

Noticing that a river inlet flooded with sewage was taking ages to clear after moving the outlet, how to make it go faster? Village Poo. Put a water pump in there and connect it to just a sewage treatment elsewhere. Zone a residential area that uses only this pump. They get sick and die but it clears the sewage quicker. Feeling sad for the simcitizens requires a clinic and crematorium in the area, but then they live a bit longer and don’t clog the rest of the city with their sick and dead.
A cable car and a drawbridge could add some much needed security!
Standard prisons have 3 fences surrounding the perimeter. Two outer fences and the middle fence is electric. Then there is a fence around each building or yard.

I always build my prisons near the industrial complex. Make all the convicts in my cities breath on polluted air! Yeah! Plus, prisons are industrial areas anyway. So Yeah! 😆
Maybe get some military objects from the workshop? That plateau overlooking the prisons would be perfect for that.

One of the things I love about Cities Skylines is the ability to drown/surround our populations with their own poop. Sure, thats probably not what the game developers had in mind when they were designing the game, but its too late for regrets :D
Kinda Sad that the Interactive prison mod that was made by an employee of colossus, is basically dead and could actually be an pretty interesting DLC addition or something like that with like how parks work

The oil fence should be put around the lake/mote, not around the helipad etc. You are thinking from a car perspecive. They could easily run over those hills on any side rather than go through the tunnel lol.
