You can add a toll gate at the entrance of the tunnel to the island. Since it is an exclusive, high-class (and upper class) experience, better regulate the traffic and have people pay for the experience lol

What would make this even more perfect is if they came out with a rental car DLC and you could get rid of that tunnel and just have them get to the island via ferry and also make a profit with them driving around rental cars on the island
Maybe use Mallorca as a Inspiration for the Island! Trees are good but on a Island with hot temperatures like that there would be a ton of shops and 3-4 level apartment buildings. Also there would be lots of Palm Trees and not some woods because the woods would dramatically bring down the temperature of the island and it’s tropical feeling. It fits to the city so well but it doesnt quite stand out so I think these little things would be a great addition. Love the series 🔥💪🏼

You could use People Park Generators, or whatever they are called, basically invisible parks to populate the beaches and make it look like people are there. I know its modded but its cool
I’d put luxury housing on this island and you should totally put more of that modded beach thing down to cover the beach a bit. What’s a beach you can’t have fun and enjoy?
When you do build the downtown, perhaps build a museum on the coast that incorporates those trenches and bunkers, as if it's a military museum and monument to a war and/or veterans.
Kibz if you want transition densities for the area you built in the previous episode you might want to consider adding a district policy for some the areas with high density for no skyscrapers/highrises. It might look more natural.

Public transport extends the range of a hotel, if the transport stop is in range. This allows you to build your hotel and then have it not strictly on top of but still connected to the districts it wants.
Hey Kibz, you should take some time to tweak your hotel prices. If you drop the prices bit by bit until you have full capacity, you will make MUCH more money. Maxing capacity is more important than maxing prices when it comes to overall profit.
