For some reason whenever I listen to this I imagine a thieftaker (basically a ye’ old policeman in Britain before police were a thing) who runs a underground crime syndicate, a corrupt judge, and a well respected nun or female priest all planning to ruin someone’s life because that someone screwed them all over.

I remembered this song tonight after having not heard it for three or so years. What are the odds that I’d randomly remember this song a month after three amazing singers that I had never heard of before made a cover of it? Seriously, great job. I love all of your voices, but I’m just a single person in a crowd when I say that. To be honest, with the skill involved, I find it hard to believe that this doesn’t have a million views. Then again, the song and musical themselves are wildly underrated, so what attention can one expect? Anyway, wonderfully done. New fan for all three singers. :)
