- After filming this video, the FED announced that they would not be cutting rates in March like we anticipated, so it would be safe to assume that things will continue to be slower this year in regards to real estate. We will however see more homes being listed as we gear up for the spring market, but with low inventory, competition will still be strong.

Ugh, I am not looking forward to this slog. 🤦♂️ Our first home buying was much less competitive. We’re not looking at some of the hotspots like Cumming or Duluth, so hopefully that will help a little. Thanks for the video.
