Best decision I’ve made was moving from South Florida to Georgia. There’s so much more to do here. Autumn is the best

We just moved here from Arizona a few months ago. Loving the summers so far, the temps here are comparable to a below average spring in phoenix lol

I was born in middle Georgia, and moved up to north Georgia with my mom and sisters around 2000. I love it here, but unfortunately it seems like it’s quickly becoming unaffordable for the average family. I’m considering moving down to south Georgia since it’s more affordable there. I hope things turn around, cause I love north Georgia, and would love to continue living up here. Love the videos, stay up! 🍑

I'm moving to GA and looking at Winder, Jefferson and Statham because of being able to buy new construction. However, every website tells me they are NOT safe cities/towns, so it scares me. Where I live now is so safe you can leave a carriage FULL of groceries on the sidewalk and no one will touch your carriage. I want that in GA. Is that possible in GA???

What areas in Georgia are best for retired folks? We are looking for 4 seasons, not much snowfall, and purchasing a ranch style home with a pool on about an acre. We will be paying cash. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you.

Any of the areas I cover on my channel would be a great fit! We get one snow day a year here and calling it a snow day is an exaggeration, lol. It's more like a flurry day. I would love to give you personalized recommendations and learn more. You can reach me at 470-577-6472 or hello@keypointhomesgroup.com Look forward to connecting!

Sadly not yet. I'm sure it's still some ten years away. Buford is a 30 minute drive and there is a Sprouts there.
