- I was never known as the kid to be the next star in the nba, or the next high school phenom. In second grade, I remember being laughed at for saying my dream is to play in the nba one day. I'm still chasing that dream, as I challenge, and work myself everyday to be the best basketball player I can be. Hey, I might not be the best player on the team, but I will give you 110%. Whether it's a practice or game, I will give all I got. Even though I love photo and video editing, playing in the nba one day is my ultimate dream. I made this video to show what your REGULAR basketball player goes through everyday. We don't get all the attention with Ballislife.com, or those youtube mixtapes. We work our way up, and work our tails off just to be where we are today. If you were motivated by this, and even read this whole description, thank you. And if you're a regular basketball player just like me, just know that nothing is impossible, and if you work at what you know you're made to do everyday, you will achieve your goal.

I’m a 29 yo white male still embarking on playing overseas. I keep going to these exposure camps and I keep sucking and failing but I know this is what I was born to do. I have the last exposure event I’ll ever go to. I need to play well or I’m finished for good. I’ll take the pressure that comes with the last second shot... cause this journey to playing pro; the pressure dwarfs missing a shot in a game 7.

This is a really inspirational video and all, but I disagree with what he says about "People living in the present" at 4:27. It's important to have vision, yes, but A LOT of people are lost in daydreams so much and so often that they aren't really working on themselves and so they may always be looking forward to things but may never accomplish them because they're always in a trance. Have all three: a vision/motivation/goals (future), a work ethic/discipline (present), and knowledge of the past/analyzing skills (past). That's it! That's how you cast off your bad behaviors and create new, better disciplines for yourself that help you succeed!
