I have the same exhaust, I don't get any turbo noises or raspy sounds like yours, wish I did though. Idk, No downshift pops or gurgles like yours. Idk on that either. It's also just recently pro tuned.
sounds like hes got an aftermarket intake, which helps the turbo whistle. you need an aftermarket downpipe to get the pops. an n1 catback alone wont get u taht

I have a Cobb aftermarket intake, with a catless downpipe invidia n1 exhaust. No turbo noises and no pops and crackles, plus pro tune. 😕
