TJ's ITS is the gold standard.. tastefully done mods and nothing over the top.. love the content!
Exactly, these guys are selling some parts cuz I've already ordered a lot of stuff seen in these videos. Sirimoto, PRL, RV6, and hopefully more to come.
AHC always got Type S quality content! 🙌🔥
The first hard run on the new cooling system actually ran hotter and hit 200 degrees, which was weird because the following hard run was a few degrees cooler. The biggest benefit seemed to be at idle and normal driving range. Cost effectiveness and your local climate may be the determining factor on this mod. As always thanks for the content. Nobody does it better on the Type S than you guys!
An active exhuast on an integra from factory is insane. I love it on my amg.
Love the New Integra content. The idea of reverse flow coolant hoses, never thought about it, but makes sense.
You guys are the best. Got a fully loaded Integ type s. Wish I could throw all the goodies you got into the car. Gonna wait a year or two.
Type S Terry is insane in the membrane sick mods
I just got my Acuity hoses and Spoon thermostat recently for my FL1. Thanks for this video, definitely will be using this as a reference!
I find it fascinating how you fix up these cars. I enjoyed this and someday, I will probably do the same to all of my cars.
Man I love these videos, as always I appreciate you guys making them.
Always clean builds gentlemen. Super nice.
Red led on Integra S looked so cool, awesome job. Acuity hose is best silicone than the factory and EPC brake kits are good quality. 👌😎
I have a boosted TL type s running a 158 degree nsx race thermostat. What ive learned is that the thermostat allows the temps to go lower so when you do a pull, itll take longer to hit that 200. Not shocked you hit that 201 mark under load. The reverse hoses i feel dont do too much. If the fluid is flowing from top to bottom or bottom to top, the radiator effectively has the same cooling areas so the fluid will get cooled the same.
Yeah i highly doubt some goofballs at Acuity know thermodynamics better than Honda engineers. Moving the coolant temp sensor probably accounted for the "lower temps" anyway
No music on this one! Digging the diegetic sound, nice work as always!
Loving the Type S content! 🙌🏽🙌🏽
Very good videos . Not a car guy but very very entertaining!!! Nothing over the top , great quality and great presenting !! Thanks !!!!!
The more I see the type s integra the more I want one. It would go nice next to my tsx 6spd
Y’all’s type s look and sound amazing
Red LED lights are very nice touch to the car 👍🏻👍🏻
Can you post the OEM part numbers for the led lights for the Type R?
Great job 😮😮😮
a great video 🙌
So damn clean
Type S with a CTR wing would be 🔥🔥
Black ITS is so sick!!!!!!! Love the 18's, less weight to carry on. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Love the Type S mods. May I also suggest Red Line Water Wetter coolant additive.
sounds nice...beautiful engine
It sure is!
Hey, I love the build videos keep it up no one else is doing it like you guys right now, but just one thing if we could get some more angles at the end when TJ does his little drive out 👌
This is coming together really well. What is the OEM part number for the red leds? Are they all the same part?
Always a pleasure watching your videos, one question please do you torque your drain plug when you are draining your oil? I had mine fell out when drving my SI and was not happy about this. Now I ask them to torque it.
Almost make s me want to go buy one!
An all aluminum radiator would also be helpful. I have a Megan racing in my Civic SI.
Good content 👍
I need to change my underwear! Kudos to AHC!
Hey Guys,
Nice work. 👍🏾I didn’t see a direct link for the AeroCarbon carbon fiber hood vent cover.. Can you add that please it’s definitely 🔥 and a must add for my ITS..🙏🏽🙏🏽
Where is this shop at? I really want to consider tuning my 2.0 accord with u guys in the future
Great content guys. Where is the link for the carbon fiber hood vent please?
I asked Ryan why you guys haven’t featured his car, his set up looks sick AF.
Ha! Learned something new.. didnt know the cooling system isnt like traditional from top to bottom.
Have you guys used the vacuum cooling suction tool? It’s supposed to eliminate the air pockets. I bought one but have not had a chance to use it.
I’ve been looking into some new pads. For sure the yellow stuff seems like more my speed. I’m interested to see how much better or worse the brake dust situation is.
Message to Honda : In our hearts this Acura Integra IS a Type R !!!! Lighting Heritage mod 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉
Ebc yellow stuff great pads in hot and cold weather all year around. I got them on my q50 red sport, they just very dusty. Got to clean my wheels really good atleast once a week.
EBC yellowstuff with the new compound are awful and incredibly difficult to bed in on any car with brake ducts. Outright dangerous on a road course track, the worst pads I've ever run on my fk8 and they don't even last a long time.
I would run a wix XP filter also
I need to know how to keep my TLX Type S cool feels like lot of heat coming from the engine bay, now I do have high Flow cats installed & kept the heat shield around it
Aloha guys, love the content. I have a quick question. Has anyone tried to see if the hood specs for the integra are the same as the tlx? That oem hood scoop is glorious
I wish acura would release a Rwd integra type s👀👀
Link for that carbon hood vent? Looks sick!
Hey guys please share the part number for the Red LED interior lights. You forgot to add it in the description, thanx.
use the oem radiator clamp, why did they ship those clamps with those hoses lol
Wonder if you combine red line super coolant additive if you could alittle more cooler?
Hey Type S Terry, a Spoon oil cap would be mint with that rad cap, just sayin 👌👌
WOWWW!! You guys do imports to like Canada if i want to mod as well?!??🤔
Is there a link to the tool for retracting the rear break pads?
Do you use Ceramic coating or Icon Rocklear to keep so shine?
Could I do this with my regular aspec ? Far as the LED lights on the doors ?
Lol you guys video tj love your car...
Is there a place to get the red LED’s? Honda says I would have to buy the entire door panel.
I’m surprised they gave you a worm drive clamp and not a spring loaded clamp to allow for expansion
Are you using 90degree needle nose? Those look noice
Another mod they should do is get rid of that kick stand and put on some nice hood dampers
Definitely should be running Amsoil signature oil for superior than anything on the market
You should use Motul 8100 power 5w30 100% ethanol compatible prevents the oil to loose the viscosity cause of the ethanol content.
The Castro edge synthetic has been tested with ethanol oils and in high hp applications and has been proven to hold up really well over a lot of other oils with ethanol fuels being used
TJ how many miles on the integre type s ????
What transmission fluid do you guys recommend for a single cam. I need you guys to make d16 content lol 😂
Don’t use Honda MTF with the old D16 transmissions. It’s like water to those. I used to run 10W30 in mine with no issues.
Koyo or CSF radiator as on option?
What are the part numbers for the red interior lights?
This is what I came for lol
@@Yonkers_DE4 34750-T20-R01
I believe this is the part number
@@integra_gang Were you able to confirm the part numbers ?
Hi!! where are you guys located in Florida? how to make an appointment with you!?
So cruising temps are 10* better, but by the end of a pull it's the same. Is there any benefit in having cooler temps while cruising but the same temps when actually racing and/or doing pulls?
The real difference is the cool down after the pull it drops temps alot faster and a lot lower helps keep a more consistent run back to back
When they fill the engine with oil the cone seems to be dirty 😬⚠
What ever happened to the flex fuel video you guys were talking about? Or did Hondata swear you to keep it tight. 😎
We’re still waiting for the flex fuel support to be released but as soon as it is we will be going that video
@@tjlockwood4152 Any reason why they’re taking so long? they teased everyone and now they’re not putting it out!.
Not sure but we should be seeing it very soon
Looked like TJ's car got to 201?
what are the wheel specs?
Why upgrade so fast after purchase?
If you had a stock type s and you did that coolant flow hose change would it void your warranty?
if there was an issue related to the cooling the dealer could potentially hold the mods liable
Still can’t believe how much they want for this car 60k plus taxes it insane
They are not 60k they are 53k msrp
I want to bring type r I just bought to you can I ?
Seems to me that the "reverse" cooling hoses didn't impact much of anything.....wasn't the 10F degree drop due to the 10F cooler t'stat? Just me?
That’s 10 degrees drop put the car at the sweet spots
@@ahcgarage - I get that -- but seems to me the same thing would have occurred by just swapping out the t'stat for one with a 10F lower set point.
Who else was screaming at their screen, DONT PUT THE DOOR PANEL BACK ON YOU DROPPED A CLIP! 😂
I’m sure u won’t see this comment but I’m looking at going and trading my 2013 tl sh awd in for a new integra type s , well it had 1800 kms. Is there anything I should know before getting one ?
Should be a great car I want one so bad
U got up to 201 not 199
Yea just saw that I guess I wasn’t looking when it went up 2 more degrees but that run we started at a higher temp when we started at our idle temp it only got up to 194 on the same type of pull, but with that being said the cool down is what we were really looking for which was a huge difference
Ok goofball
Yea that's a big difference 🤡🤡🥴🥴
@@350z33hr you don't need to be a jerk to him or call him names
He acknowledged it but it was in 4th gear
Why every video I see that yellow car in the air?
Because it’s another ongoing project they have.
Type S > Type R
how come the its doesnt have the same ambient lighting as the tlx type s?
Bas rok
I hope they have a better looking hood in the after market. That stock hood does not do the Integra any justice.
