  • Welcome to The Basics of Ortho Analyzer, the first of our orthodontic webinar series. The timing is perfect, as dentists and labs using 3Shape scanners and Ortho Analyzer software can now make clinical decisions based on the accuracy of digital models and the consistency of effective workflows. Those decisions are reliably more effective since the communication between lab and dentist is dramatically enhanced.
    This first webinar will cover the basic workflow from scans to models, present an overview of the interface, and show how to import scans.
    After a full demonstration of putting bases on models, the presentation will demonstrate and explain the full Toolkit , bracket removal, and provide general tips and tricks to get through cases with consistency.
    Watch for invitations to the rest of the series including Aligners, Indirect Bonding, and Splints/Night Guards.

      It is best to let each doctor determine their own constraints. Once you talk to several doctors then you can determine what most doctors need and then have a base movement in mind.

      To change this setting you will need to go to your control panel. The location is Control Panel > System Settings > Languages and regional settings > Tooth index system. You will want to set it to Universal Numeric Notation.

    When we block the tooth it increases the movement of that tooth on rest of aligners..how you manage such cases?

      Can you clarify what you mean when you say block the tooth?

    • @zubairsharif1356
      @zubairsharif1356 Před 3 lety

      @@WhipMixCorporation in staging and timeline if we block the movement of tooth in few stages at start then i will increase the movement of that specific tooth on rest of aligners thats not good..how you manage such cases

    • @WhipMixCorporation
      @WhipMixCorporation  Před 3 lety

      @@zubairsharif1356 If we understand correctly, you are preventing a tooth from moving in the early stages which will condense it's movements to the later stages. We would recommend if you need to do this you should consider increasing the number of stages that they have so you are not moving too drastically at any one stage.
