How to fix error 2015: others on SADP when modifying or activating Hikvision products

Hi!, I need your help. We only have one internet router at home. The HIKVISION DVR is connected through an ethernet cable & it can be viewed on my phone. But, when I tried to add the ezviz wifi cam and installed the sadp tool, it can only detect the ezviz cam but the hikvision dvr was undetected. What seems to be the problem?

Can you help me with unbind function please? When i try to unbind my second hand nvr, it says incorrect parameters

I have two cameras which are both online on sadp tool but will not view on hik connect as they say they are offline ,I have just changed my modem for a modem/router , how can I view the cameras on connect now.thanks 😁

Disable antivirus and firewall. Restart Sadptool

Try right clicking on SADP and running it as administrator and see of that resolves the issue.

@@miecctv yes i've tried that. no success. I'm trying to set up my cameras to see remotely on my phone via ivms4500 and ezviz.. but without SADP behaving i can't do that..

Error 2020 is usually shown when the password set is not complex enough. Try changing your password to a more secure one.
