    Nice! I LOVE ab work, and especially standing abs. I’ll be doing this new routine tomorrow morning as it’s close to 23:00 here and I need at least 7 hours (preferably 8) every night. Bonne soirée Annie! xx

    I love your works-out there simple and easy to follow, I got my mom‘s 2 pound weight and did your arm exercise and now I’m also doing standing abs exercise.. I love that it’s stand up, 10 minutes easy work out thank you so much 😊 I’m Working to stay tone fit and Shape to feel good about myself and live a healthy longer life: I hate being fat and out of breath I am trying to better myself 👍🏼

    Love this video!! Only 10 min and I feel the workout. Thanks for the tip: always crunch abs during cardio. Gonna keep that in mind. 💛

    Thanks for this standing abs with weights was out of puff by end .... I'm so hoping these exercises will continue love them and especially standing abs and arms ....they hurt ... Always feel better for doing them Annie ☺️ from the UK.

    Annie is there a workout for our core for us 65 and up with hip arthritis. Please we know u can come up with exercises we can do. We believe in you We love you Annie

    I was able to do part of this. I improvised some of it. Thanks to all the rain lifting my left leg my hip isn't working today 😅. I do feel better. I will try it again in a couple days. This was amazing.

    Hi Annie, loved this as it was standing abs workout 🏋️‍♀️. It’s was a breath of fresh air to see this. Funny story my son took 10kg weights in his suitcase (hardly any clothes though) when we went to US a few years ago 😱😂😂. And he never even used them !!! Your looking amazing btw ❤️

      This video is more about toning than burning calories. But the HIIT workouts are great for burning calories!
