My favorite time of the year is Fall too! I love your workouts Annie. I used to teach aerobics and strength trading at the YMCA many years ago. I am now 74 and still workout daily. I love to add yours now and then to my workouts. Love variety…thanks! Keep them coming….

For anyone that might need to hear this, I'm perimenopausal and needing to transition my workouts to a more moderate pace. I slow down the exercises so where there are 10 reps, I'm usually at about five. That feels just right for my body.

Next is winter, I grew up in New England and love me, the cozy, snowy weather… Fires and I am a lifetime skier… Next summer and spring would be my last… Although I must say, I love the beginning/start of every season as it approaches… However, fall and winter all year round baby!
