    Historically Shun came about as a peasant rebellion led by a bandit nicknamed ''The Dashing King''

    When Shun pops up during Ming's collapse they're released by event, which gives them a lot more provinces than they have cores on.

    Fun fact: During the fall of the Ming, Li Zicheng and manchu Huang Taiji both took Beijing at the same time. Its crazy to thing that the Chinese dynasty after the Ming could have been the Shun Dynasty.

    • @HEEHEEBOII

      Nah Li Zicheng took it first but Wu Sangui let the Manchus through the Shan Hai Pass which led to the Manchu capturing Beijing.

    Fun fact, the small nation of Tungning on the island of modern day Taiwan was actually a historic kingdom that fought off the Dutch from Formosa and were the last remnant of Ming Loyalists. The kingdom lasted for 22 years nefore the Qing Dynasty came to finish the job.

    Luoyang and Xi'an are historical capitals during the Han Dynasty. Luoyang is directly east of Xi'an. I don't think the event is scripted for high dev, I think it's scripted for those provinces specifically.

    • @HEEHEEBOII
      @HEEHEEBOII Před 5 dny +1

      Not only Han, but also many other dynasties after, namely Sui and Tang. Luoyang after Qin Shi Huang's unification has always served as a "accompanying" or secondary capital to Xi'an. Since back in those days Xi'an and Luoyang are part of the same area which is known as the Guanzhong Area.
