I use my hands to remove the skin when it's cooled after roasting. I buy the groundnut from the market .

It is when to salt it that is the problem and how long to soak it in water. Thanks a bunch

Soak for 20 -40 minutes depending on the species of the Groundnut, As for the salt sprinkle some on the peanut before you Air dry it. The little water on the peanut makes it easy for the peanut to get the salt.

Sorry for the late reply, if your Airfryer has dehydrate button use it to Air dry first before using the roast button.
