I have a similar machine. Started using it recently. After 10min churning I gave few minutes gap and churned again. But butter doesn't get separated. I'm not sure of the quantity of water etc. Can u help me.....

Sis this is iniya vijayakumar recently am searching this valuable info only anyway thank u sis.myself and my husband plan to start ghee business.so I need some info from u , plz help me.what am asking means which method is best for making more and more butter.through Paal aadai or using curd. For business purpose i suggest butter from curd,becoz collecting milk malai and making butter is ok for home purpose but going for business, We can buy milk in large quantity and make it into curd and by using machine you can make butter and also another method available check that, i don't have more knowledge in that area,what it means, in village milk society will be there they will collect the milk and take butter from that raw milk and they will sell the milk to the tea shops it will be very light after removing butter, You check that process also,they will tell as " paal araikirathu"
