@@Max-kq3nj Yeah, all these other bands didnât pull it off like Peter Frampton. I feel like a lot of younger listeners get bored with the beginning of the song, but once the band slows it down to the bluesy instrumental part and Peter Frampton starts in with the talk box, itâs out of this world.

I think he used a Talk box with a bagpipe. Go to youtube. There is an original version in black & white. I am almost sure that is what he is doing.He milks it as well. This is not uncommon when this is your primary airplay/exposure.

He did play Do you feel like we do though.
Frampton was the guy who made the talk box popular starting in the 70's and he had several songs using the talk box. This guy did ok with the song "Do You Feel Like We Do" but in Frampton's version the words are a little bit more audible. You can make them out pretty easy. I was just watching a video of Frampton on the Midnight Special doing this song and he did a little extra talking using the talk box than what was on the original version so it was amazing to listen to. He also did some sounds as well. The sounds that he originally combined with his talking. The performance was really pretty cool to watch.
