It shouldn't be a surprise... women don't need to know or learn any particular skills or behaviors in order to have men want to date them or to get men to be attracted to them, just be attractive and available... The danger of porn depends a lot from person to person. I'm in my mid 30s, never had a meaningful relationship due to many reasons (introverted, insecurities, anxiety, depression etc.) and porn became "safe haven" that turned me into an addict, especially in the last 10 years. After many nofap attempts, I finally made it to almost 4 months off pmo and for me it's a big deal. It won't magically fix your dating life, or life in general, but it will be a step in the right direction. For normal guys, it's probably fine in moderation, but for loners with little to no social life, it's a cage that will mess you up even further, so better to avoid it altogether.

Then put yourself in places where there are women, and just chill out don’t think about it like you’re trying to find a girl but just have a good time meeting people, then when a girl seems favorable just ask if she wants to do something with you later and then ask her number, keep texts simple and call for actual conversations. Ask her out on a date and if she rejects, don’t be upset just try again later and if she rejects again then don’t bother anymore with that girl. Move on to the next.
