I really think kp performance (the guy from the 7th video) is really one of my top 3 online coaches. Super underrated guy

Great video and breakdown analysis! Thorough and concise, and were very complimentary and not a hater at all, which is dope because hate is running rampant, especially on social media

love your stuff coach! Should i be doing 180 3s if i cant even shoot 30% from 3 in practice. My form is decent but the consistancy is lacking

If you still struggle to make threes consistently even if they’re open and easy, then you definitely don’t HAVE to do 180 3’s. There’s other things you can do to challenge yourself that aren’t quite that level of challenge. For example, something I like to do is weird footwork 3’s. You can start off facing the basket like normal but you have to make your feet not normal, so make them wider or stagger them or make them more narrow, whatever. In games, many times your feet will naturally not be perfect on some of your shots and this trains you to be ready to adapt to that and still make the shot. And it will make normal shots feel easier and will likely help you start making more of them. Just an example of what you could do instead.
