The lowest areas in my life are:
-contribution (I will give food to an association, plan a surprise date with my boyfriend and give food to cats in the streets)
-mission+purpose
(I will learn more about what are some of the careers that I'm interested in and decide if my university course is the right for me)
I just applied to a new position for work. I joined a dating site. And I reached out to some old friends last week.
I listen to your podcasts ever day for hours while I work at my job , thankfully right now I can use my earphones, I just want to say your doing amazing! Even though I am sure you already know that ! I am going to do 5 years of medical research in each area and release books on how you can cure not being proficient in those said areas! Hope it goes well! 😌😉 wish me luck!
One thing I LOVE about the wheel is that sometimes improving one area of your life can AUTOMATICALLY raise your level in another area.
For instance, when you're broke and in debt, that causes a lot of stress in your relationship. It messes with your emotions and can cause anxiety and depression, like when bill collectors call 10x a day. Then you end up eating junk food and canned food bcuz you got no money for fresh whole food.
But then you improve your income.
Now you catch up on bills. Your stress level goes down. You start eating healthier foods again. Your spouse is happier and feeling less stressed out over bills. You have money for date night and for fixing up your house or your car.
That's a lot of bang for your buck.
For me, my money situation is like at 0 or 1 lol. As that improves, I can see other areas easily improving on auto pilot right along with it.

Congratulations on your 1M subscribers Stefan! I remember I started watching your material in 2017 in how to build an online business and escape the 9-5 subscribed on my person account. Since then I've build my online business this one Brightened Mind and now inspired to start my CZcams channel.
Congrats on 1 million! I just recently subscribed and I already love your work. You do your best to inspire young people, like me, to be the best person they can possibly be.
I would say my lowest point is my spirituality. I used to be a strong christian but now I am not putting near enough time in my faith as I used to. With that in mind, I know that is why my mind&emotions is low too. I think putting more time into my spirituality will help my mental state and give me the right kind of motivation.
My highest is my relationship, I love my wife. We are absolutely perfect for eachother and I have not stopped loving her since I met her in middle school. Although like you said, even though we may be a ten, you will never stop growing and I'm hoping as I grow, my relationship will be more than a 10!
I'm so excited to watch all the videos and participate in all the different projects in order to achieve Life Mastery!!

Master the day and you will master your life! I would be interested to know how much time you have in a day to put into these areas? For me, I'm tempted to just focus on the money slice of the pie b/c in these times acquiring assets and investments will see huge gains years down the road. Out of a job right now I'm able to devote time to all these areas and feel fulfilled, but once I'm back to work I will feel a fraction of this fulfillment. So it makes sense to me to spend my time more so on the money portion! Anyways have been on the fence for a while with joining your mastery class and the more content I watch the more I want to join. only a matter of time !
