Kindly advise if you have any any tips on how South African Cares can apply for sponsorship in UK, most videos that are uploaded do have links for nursing homes but all the nursing homes say you should be eligible to work in the UK.
Your advice will be highly appreciated.
Congratulations on your journey.

@@sabrinaphillips784 Where are you from and where are you living then Sabrina?
I live in England but was born in St Vincent and the Grenadines.
@@sabrinaphillips784 And you're married.
sound suggestions - i make the mistake (as a white make) of the inking i have to answer about race when asked an EDI question so when you said disability and other inequalities got me thinking
Thanks for watching Richie, yes the EDI question is includes all 9 protected characteristics so you can talk about any of these when asked this question.
Hi Sabina, thank you for your video. What if you do not have post graduate education but extensive experience which you can apply into the role
Hi Uncognito. You can still apply as some job description may ask for a a degree or equivalent experience as part of the essential criteria.you will need to be able to articulate that in your experience. If in dou t always contact the person that's at the bottom of the add (most adds would have a contact person) and ask if your experience will suffice.
Hi Sabrina, I am going for interview for Band 7 International Nurse Lead. Any suggested tips on how to develop Our international Nurses
Hi Ify.
Wow congrats on getting shortlisted and good luck with the interview. That's a good question, I hope there are any International nurses on here who cna help you to answer that question. One tip I can give is for you to try and put yourself in the shoes of an international nurse and think of some of the things that may help in their development whilst drawing on your own experience of development that helped and didn't help.
