Thanks for another great video and congrats on securing your interim post. You keep inspiring me. I have been applying for band 8a posts and so far I have not been unsuccessful in the ones I applied for but got good feedback for 1 and another was told I was appointable but guess they had someone else in mind. I almost gave up then a secondment opportunity came up and I applied for it so that’s what I’m currently in. It’s easy to give up but videos like this is what gives me hope and not to give up.

Are mental health nurses also helped patients in toilets?? Like cleaning and give showers to patients??
