If you saved the quest items from the facility hub quests, the vast majority (all but 5) can be transferred to other characters who can then use them to go from level 10 to level 40 or so within a few seconds...without having to do the quests themselves. Faster than the method mentioned here. To do that though you must have first done all the quests though, and had the foresight to save each quest item in order. But that is no different that saying you need to first have a higher level character who has lots of MMDs. If you want some more massive quest XP, the easiest to do, even if your character is completely gimped, is the Cow Tipping quest in Holtburg....zero danger, 500K+ xp. However that does take a few minutes rather than seconds.
Cool vid, I miss this game. I had a good trick for leveling people the first 50 or so... I buff them up and take them out to Valley of Death. The key here is the layout of the trees... there are lots of clusters of 2-3 trees that some larger mobs like Tuskers can't fit between. So you find a good cluster of trees positioned well between some spawn points and stand behind the tree cluster. Debuff a tusker so it runs at you, and make sure it gets stuck between the trees. Ordinarily the Tusker would "realize" it is stuck on a tree and choose a new target or return to spawn point, but the logic to determine if stuck was not robust, so it was easy to trick: The game simply checked the distance between the Tusker and it's target to make sure the distance was changing. If the distance stayed exactly the same (you are standing still and tusker is stuck on an obstacle) the game knows the creature is actually stuck and releases targetting. If the distance was changing, and the target was still within range, the Tusker would assume it was making progress and continue to run in place at the target. So... all you had to do was straffe left, right, left, right over and over to keep the distance changing without actually moving anywhere. And the Tusker would stay locked on you. Even if a level 10 player walked up and started attacking it :) I had a lot of really fun times power leveling people's alts in VoD, usually it went well but sometimes it became a complete mess, depending on the person you were helping. OH and also the random passersby that would see what we were doing and completely lose their shit in amazement, ask to join in... or try to get us killed. (In retrospect, the one's who tried to get us killed were the most fun times)

There’s nothing worse than spending a lot of time on one monster and it runs back to spawn point and gains all its health back !
Vtank has an option in game to do it. when you enable the mini remote it is an option right in there
