Today: I've always said Liverpool aren't playing the best football.
They're still in a great position. Can't be underestimated. That goes to the three teams in the race can go either way.
Noooo team can win a title if ur challenging city noooo team ,, for city to lose title they wud need to have a bad season like 2019-20 2015-16

Defo 2 points dropped as it stands but it might turn out a point gained but as it stands defo 2 points dropped đąđąđą
United eventually took the lead in all of their last three games.
They went from W-W-W to D-L-D against Brentford, Chelsea and Liverpool.
All super late goals basically stopped United being three points behind Villa and Spurs on 60 pts.
And two penalties from no contact
@@GordyB666 Yes and worst part was the Chelsea one, VAR checked it and came back saying it was foot on foot contact??? đ đ đ The only contact Dalot made was with his hand when he fell over and that's a natural reaction to falling.
Wan Bissaka missed both the player and the ball yesterday and Elliot stuck his foot in between Wan Bissakas legs after the fact and dived.
VAR clearly too scared to over turn simple dives.
And in all three games United were completely dominated by the opposition. It would have been a travesty if they managed to pick up 9 points from their pitiful performances. Consider it the universe correcting itself.
Your maths are offâŠthey would be four points behind, and continuing to concede 20+ chances per match. As a Utd fan, I said goodbye to top4 when we lost at home to Bournemouth having already lost at home to Crystal Palace. At least Sky have stopped the graphic of all wins Utd have with Maguire in the teamâŠâŠstrange how that isnât shown now that the stats donât suit the narrative.
@@imouto4hire you seem to have mistaken the Brentford game with all three games. It's one point gained. It's impossible to lose 2 points because you never had them to lose
They had 40 shots in Anfield but only had one good chance and that was a header from a corner.
Just not true mate
@@youngmetrojokeman6172 true, they didn't have 40 shots.
The problem with the shots stat is that it's never stated what counts as a shot. I think too many shots that are blocked by the first defender one yard away. I mean a shot that hits the metalwork is not considered to be on target.
@@redmed10 There's two shot stats used in every game.
Shots (total number from any range and end up in space or the stands.
Shots on target (shots that end up in the net or saved by the GK)
@redmed10 If you hit the ball against the post or bar then the shot was by definition not on target because it was not on net. Strange thing to reference as if those shots should be counted as on target đ

You can shoot from anywhere, it means nothing if you don't score. Why not use shots on target, you will see a different conversation.
You do understand that liverpools xg was like 3.71 and utd's 0.79. Any idiot with eyes could see liverpool had great chances to score.
â@@Michael-ff4pqXg is the most vague useless stat, I can't believe that it's crept into our game. Gimme a break đ€Š
@philbarton2832 you are right! It's still more relevant than goals on target though if that's how you want to be. You could shoot from 30 yards, on target, keeper saves it easy. You could also be 2 yards in front of goal and hit a shot over. You tell me which one was the better chance? Even though one would be off target. That's exactly why XG exists.
@@Michael-ff4pq Both can be misleading. I just hate how the algorithm uses subjectivity to say what a "big chance" is. I prefer hard facts with my stats.

How many times have Man Cheaty beaten Chelsea? And they are lower than United.
United got battered by brentford so whatâs your point?
That doesn't mean nowt. Liverpool is still far ahead of them even with their key player's out for most of season. I can't say I'm surprised with the result because football doesn't work that way.. 62 attempts goal and they canât score to win. Itâs shameful. The title is gone. When Liverpool is favourites in any game, they always fall short. You donât win the league by drawing games.
those shots on goal stats are silly. If you show a video compilation of all those "shots" you 'll see that 3/4 of them are just eyes-closed-see-if we're lucky- kinda shots. A dangerous cross that no one gets of the end of by a small margin isn't included in any stat. Not an attempt, not a shot... Stats don't say all
It's being used primarily ad a weapon against United. Notice its hardly used in this skewed manner in most other games? City had the Erling has fewer touches than anyone else going on earlier in the season. Stats for different agendas

Why aren't United considering getting J.Klopp on board ? He is PL proven, a winner, a builder of great clubs, speaks english fluently, is currently employed in the UK and I know that he isn't keen on becoming a club manager in england again but he can easily be tempted into taking the No.2 gig.
Liverpool was extremely sloppy in defence giving the ball away first goal was shocking and what the hell was the keeper doing all that way out. The same thing happened when they played united the other week same goal give away. And Liverpool player Mo was terrible he missed so many chances. I've been a Liverpool supporter since the 70's and the last two games against United has been very disappointing absolutely shocking defence.

When are goalkeepers going to wake up to the fact opposition players are watching to see if theyve wandered too far off their line. Murillo has almost scored twice when spotting it and nearly scored uesterday from inside his own half.
As I said before the games Liverpool had against Tottenham & Manchester city, which were cheated will cost Liverpool the premier league
But the game that VAR disallowed the goal Manchester City scored against Liverpool and the Nottingham Forest result the penalty decisions against Chelsea the sending off decisions that were made in games against Crystal Palace and Everton. But what's the point in VAR again?
Clearly visible on every replay that Wan Bissaka missed the player and the ball completely so Elliot plants his foot after the fact in between Bissakas legs and dives.
Surely that's a case of on field review.
Similar to the Chelsea game on Thursday, Dalot fell and put his arm out naturally to stop his fall and his hand basically touched the private area and the Chelsea player falls over (dives).
VAR checked it and stated it was foot on foot contact ffs. There was no contact from Dalot at all apart from his hand when he slipped.
