I need to look up a couple of big wooden and I think a rice paper fans I havd found at a thrift store many years ago. I’m curious if they’re valuable. *THANK YOU again for sharing your expertise on this fabulous channel.* LOVE these walk about in-store videos. SO informative. I never heard of a Goodwill E-commerce center. It's slim pickings at most thrift stores in my area (central PA. outside of State College). With inflation and supply chain shortages still going on more people than ever are shopping in the thrift stores.
Thanks for taking us along, yes! And we have a common interest other than antiques, I love crochet, too. Used to do a lot. Not any this year, due to back and knee issues, awful pain.

I could have dropped by and visited you. That's where I pick up some of my Goodwill online wins . I always check out the only for pick up stuff because there will be less people bidding on items. Also, since most items are shipped out of there I sometimes limit my searches to Minnesota items so I can pick up and save on shipping.

I might not bid on the aqua baby stroller unless I knew it had no lead paint. Also the wheels might need some repair. My problem with older globes is that I want to keep up with the latest country boundary/names as much as I can.
The Goodwill where I live is an absolute MESS. They do not keep it cleaned or organized at all.
My goodwill in Texas are not nice,!

I think it is storage for the Goodwill auction online. But I wonder how high the shipping is on the bigger items.
I pushed my brother and sister in that metal carriage. But i think that metal piece when on bottom of it to prevent their feet from dragging.

@@DrLoriVdid they pay that at goodwill? I miss the old days thrift stores were thrift stores. I enjoy these vids but rarely shop goodwill. I go to salvation army their prices are still lower. Each to their own tho. I would look at goodwill but am way choosier. As a reseller i have to keep my margians low to make a profit. A lot of their prices are almost what id charge or in some cases higher. Im not fully convinced theyre a charity.
