Yes, Shin version is different and it was played four times at 10 BABYMETAL Budokan in 2021 as a show opener and this one, as a sort of encore before "IDZ" at BABYMETAL Begins Black Night. They couldn't perform the original version while they were still a duo because of the lyrics... They performed the OG version again the next day (Clear Night) once they became a trio again with the addition of Momoko at the end of the Black Night show (this one).
By the way, they will perform in Rome at Rock in Roma on June 25th 2024.

Nice one. As your chat said 'BABYMETAL Death - Shin version' is not quite the same as the original 'BABYMETAL Death' which was an introduction. Shin version is not on an album, they used it is a couple of concerts at the start (or end?) of the show.
I don't know when you recorded this, did you get to see them when they played in Milan?

Su has been crucified on stage eight times.
Moa has been crucified three times, Momoko twice and Yui only once.
I won't mention the specific shows to avoid spoilers. : )
At any rate, the crucifixions are unusual and special events.
Looks like folks have explained the "Desu"/"Death" pun that explains the 'BABYMETAL Death' song title, lyrics, and their self-introduction.
I saw BABYMETAL open for Korn in Chula Vista, CA back in 2017.
The concert was on Yui's 18th Birthday (June 20th).
There were Korn fans on either side of me, who were expecting something called BABYMETAL to be pretty mellow.
They opened with 'BABYMETAL Death'.
The look of shock was just about worth the price of admission by itself. : )
One of the Korn fans turned to me and said "I didn't think they were going to be so heavy!".
I didn't realize, but yeah, Momoko has been crucified more times than Yui now.
