I also appreciate her motivating other moms to go out with their babies! Im a new mom to a 4 month old baby boy and for the longest time I was terrified to take him places by myself. My fiancé has a really crazy work schedule (similar to Lauren) so a good chunk of our time is just me and baby boy. I just recently began to branch out and start taking him places on my own. We’re taking baby steps (grocery store, coffee shops, drive thru restaurants, etc) but I’m definitely beginning to feel more confident and comfortable about taking him places with me and I was very much inspired by Lauren’s videos of taking Zeke shopping and things with her! Thank you Lauren!

On the binky situation, have you tried a wubbanub yet? It’s a soothie pacifier with a tiny stuffie attached to it for them to grab. My daughter used one from four months on and it was a lifesaver at bedtime. This was years ago now lol but I think they still make them! You’re an amazing mom. Love your videos, always!

Hi Lauren! I’m a first time momma to an *almost* 4 month old ‘Jettson’ 🥰 I started watching your videos when we were both pregnant and it was so cool watching as we both progressed in our pregnancies, had our babies, and now watching them both grow and comparing milestones! I was wondering, when did you start putting Zeke to bed in his crib? And did you have a specific reason why? Jettson is still in a bedside bassinet and I’m so terrified of the day I have to move him to his crib. I feel so much more secure having him sleeping right beside me. 😅
awww Jettson! So sweet! We barely started crib sleeping a couple of weeks ago! Mainly just because I need to start being more hands free during his nap times during the day. And we knew the end goal was crib sleeping at night so we thought this was a good time because he was starting to feel cramped in his bassinet!
@@laurynwillkomm oh okay! My son has really bad acid reflux problems so he has to stay upright 20+ minutes after every feed, so that means 90% of the time his naps are him being held, in a swing, a bouncer, or in a carrier. Is Zeke sleeping through the night yet? Jett only wakes up once or twice so I don’t think putting him in a crib at night would be too bad but honestly I think I’d have a harder time with it than he would 😅 I’d miss my being able to roll over in the night and just see his sweet sleeping face 😩
Hi! I have a 4 month old daughter named Weslie !! We are struggling with getting her to sleep in her crib! How did you transition Zeke? We have to rock her for sooo long and she doesn’t self soothe at all so when she wakes up she screams & we can’t lay her down awake either :)
Do you have the glow in the dark binkey? They’re perfect for bedtime because Zeke can see them and easily grab them if he sends them. My nephew loves it!

That’s fine if you don’t use them for your babies but we feel okay using them for ours!

Try out a tummy time pillow!!! It helped Zeke so much. We used one from SkipHop

My baby girl is 3 months and starting to show signs of rolling! So I want to get her out of the swaddle and put her in a sack. Which one do you have? Do you like it? Also going to start putting her in her crib soon, help 😭!
If you want a transitional swaddle, I recommend the nested bean zen one swaddle!! but for arms out, we use kyte baby sacks!

Do you find the skip hop activity chair is worth it? I usually lay my baby on tummy time to get stuff done (she doesn’t like carriers and keeps doing sit ups in her babybjorn bouncer) and I feel like I need a safe place to put her sometimes where the dogs can’t get to her.
