Also (because I'm commenting as I watch) I love Native shampoo and conditioner. I get them store bought at target but they have them other places. Otherwise I use a base shampoo first and then a shampoo/conditioner second and the double shampoo definitely helps my oily hair!

I use the Kristin Ess brand but if your hair is oily you for sure don’t want to use anything with sulfates , parabens, anything with the waxy substances in it just all clean ingredients:)

Me and my husband started using MONAT hair products last year and it has helped tremendously with growth, oil, frizz, and just overall health of our hair! You do have to order it though😬 however your only supposed to use a small amount each wash and it has lasted up to 3/4 months for me and even longer for my husbands

I used to use this, but then it stopped working for me kind of like what she described in the video. My hair started to get oily quickly and frizzy too. It worked well and was my favorite for a long time though, so it's definitely worth trying if you're looking for something new!
The one I used was called All Soft I think. Not sure if there's multiple kinds in a gold bottle.

I had an oily scalp too it’s the worst! It’s usually due to lots of build up especially from products with chemicals and toxic dry shampoo. I started using Monat 4 years ago and it’s a game changer. Can be personalized for your hair type. :)

I'm currently using shampoo and conditioner from Cantu. It's a very cheap option for sulfate and paraben free. Don't know if I'm completely in love with it yet, I have noticed that I can go way longer without washing my hair!

HAIR/SHAMPOO: Girl since I’ve been postpartum and my body has been wacky, I literally started using my body wash (Native) on my scalp to help with the oily-ness🥴 I don’t use it on my ends just the scalp 🙌🏼
(I’m a hairstylist, so it killed me at first to do this but I was desperate, and it works for now!!)

It’s been really cool to watch what my son will be doing next in Zeke since there’s about a month difference in them. I also live in San Diego!! I love your content! Keep it up. Oh also, I use pureology shampoo and conditioner! It’s a bit on the pricey side but so good! I haven’t experienced postpartum hair loss. I also take a liquid collagen from Costco. It’s the best.
