For dis 603-p model , I want to connect an electromagnetic lock on the door , how to wire it with the outdoor unit , I guess if poe is used to connect the outdoor and indoor , the outdoor can be used for the lock . connect the com and gnd on the outdoor station , 12v dc and no to the lock wires , am I right ?

This is a security threat if , never go for this setup. It is like leaving your door key outside. This lock can be easily unlocked by accessing the relay wires and shorting them for 1 or 2 seconds.

Dont buy any product of hikvision worst company i have ever seen in terms of after sales service they only have their service center in mumbai only. If your product has any problem and manufacturing defect than you have to send it to mumbai on your own. And it will take around 1 month to come back to you. I have recently purchased same model ip vdp its comes with poe switch just after 20 days my poe switch light starts blinking and it stoped giving power supply to my doorbell and tft screen/indoor station. If any body of you are planning to buy dont go for this shit company instead try godrej which gives door service and you may try hawkvision also but dont buy hikvision products.
