Perfect. For those concerned with simply ripping the intercom unit off the wall and shorting the NC connectors to open the door, this is the solution. OP - could you show how you configured iVMS too?
If anybody watches this video and does not know how to configure in iVMS, here the instructions: 1. First I have set the DIP code of the security module to 1: up 2-4: down (according to this instruction: www.hikvisioneurope.com/portal/portal/Technical%20Materials/07%20%20Video%20Intercom/03%20%20How%20to%20Guidance/How%20to%20connect%20%20secure%20module%20to%20door%20station%20.pdf) 2. Next in iVMS: select your door station -> Remote configuration -> Intercom -> IO Input/Output 3. Here select IO Output No DOOR2 and select as output securityModule That's it. Now everything should work. On the monitor you will get the second unlock button which will open the door using the security module as shown in the video.
I have a camera which I connected to my monitor same as you have via poi switch and it is not acknowledged by the monitor. As I saw yours when you went to camera it came visually mine did not and something else the lock has a supply on it of 15seconds which are too many and my stricker will get faulty if i leave it like that. Is there any help?
