Is your router an PoE router? Or is not a PoE and therefor u use a power cable for the camera?

Late response, but you either need to get an NVR or I believe you can download a Hikvision tool called "iVMS-4200" which I believe lets you view and record footage from your cameras. One thing is the computer would need to be on 24/7.
Alternatively, there are Hikvision cameras you can get with a built in SD-card slot, which I assume automatically record to the SD card if enabled.

hi, can you explain it is working till i have broadband internet, once i unplug cable from computer, it stop revording, not even letting view video, or if plug still in computer, but turn off broadband router, it stopped working camera, so camera will work only if you have broadband internet? without internet thrn i need NVR box recoder correct? any explanation will help me, i want instal in my car on the roof. with second battery.
